Hell yeah, I always love seeing these! I really would love to see how these continued if Funimation made it to the later arcs, like how the hell would they make Wano kid friendly?! The main villain is literally a violent alcoholic who kills without thought lmaooo
takes me back to when my friend was actively keeping up with this early FUNimation dub on Toonami & doing his damnedest to get me fully into the series. years later all it really took was the k-pop openings, movie 6, Impel Down & Water 7 (yup, in that order. late 2000s one piece amirite) to fully convince me, lol
You don’t have to add this to your next video. But In one piece grand adventure (video game) they keep wypers name as wyper. And eneru is the “Sky Lord”. Which this game was made during the 4kids era. Even if they didn’t make it that far in the dub. I just thought it was kinda odd.
@@tyrannysendis it worse than what tv pg editing of Naruto was airing? I'm sure toonami would've allowed them to keep more had it not been prematurely cancelled
@@bluebaron6858 I know nothing about naruto, sorry. Dropped it on 30th episode, so I don't even know about the anime itself, so idk about censored version too.
@@tyrannysend Naruto was another hyper violent anime but was barely edited on US Tv and then started more or less airing uncut on toonami about 50 episodes in.
14:50 idk if it might be quality cuz idk if u got the CN episodes of one piece funimation from google drive cuz I used link from google drive for the edited episodes but idk if which type of link u used
4:50 This edit was rather laughable. It's literally a few frames long and wouldn't have hurt to do some extra blood removing if that's all it took. They've done edits more drastic than that to be lazy with this. 11:22 I don't see why they didn't just edit out Sanji's cigarette as they would USUALLY DO IN MOST SCENES OF HIM SMOKING. What was so troubling here to ax them entirely here? That's just weird. 15:54 This could have been changed to juice and thus the bottle Zoro is seen holding didn't have to be wiped clean entirely.
