I enjoy the videos... a lot to ponder and think about... I would love to see one of these in comparison to someone who does show stability, someone, without the same strength in the gluts just to get a true compare/contrast of what it should be like or not be like

I hear you say "authentic hip-shoulder separation" in a lot of your videos. What does it mean to have inauthentic hip-shoulder separation?

I would say trying to create separation is inauthentic, just be natural lead with your front arm and delay your upper half as your hips explode . You should feel the "stretch" right after footstrije and let everything loose!

i feel like inauthentic hip shoulder separation is like eyewash separation before front foot strike. at the end of the day, hip shoulder separation only gets accounted for when your front foot is on the ground

compare tiger woods exaggerated swing to john daly at his prime. it would be a great video as they are very different looking swings but the fundamentals are the same, if not greater with john daly. he is one of the most underrated swinging machines ever on earth. he was hitting it over 300 before basically anyone ever.. people copied him and never admitted to it. he is my biggest inspiration.

DeGrom seems to do everything a little bit better than Cole, yet Cole actually throws slightly harder, I believe. Assuming I am correct, where does Cole get all his power to throw 100 mph?

deGrom’s avg fb velo was higher than Cole’s this year.

@@robbyrow Thank you. But does Cole look like he should be able to (sometimes) throw 100 mph? He does everything right but nothing extraordinary, in my opinion. Do you see why he is able to produce all that velocity?

Cole weighs 220. Degrom only weighs 180. I think mass would have something to do with that.
