I have a friend that is likely schizophrenic, and has experienced psychotic episodes and lives with bouts of psychosis. He is “stuck/trapped/traveling back&f orthodox” somewhere that I believe is a different dimension/realm/state. He will say things that sound insane to some people, but I get goose bumps when I really think about some of the things he says. It is kinda spooky, really. He had his first psychotic episode and has been speaking about God, Knowledge, and Life in ways that he never did prior to his first episode. I'm glad that you found things that helped you. ❤ I have quite a bit of childhood trauma but didn't even realize it until I was older because I was convinced it was all in my head. Then more trauma as I got older so I have been diagnosed with CPTSD. I tried a few therapists but didn't help. I feel like I am constantly in fight or flight. I'm so tired of living this way. 😔

Start with a book called "Mindfulness In Plain English". That helped me a lot to understand how to meditate properly. 95% of people with trauma who start meditating in this form are able to have life changing results within months. Its a form of rewiring your brain, neural thought patterns, and eventually, perception itself.
