I honestly didn't mind text to image and text to video AI until now, this shit could be very dangerous in the wrong hands, tbh when you make a video, there should be a massive transparent openAI watermake the covers like almost the entire screen to indicate that it was AI generated, because if not, then I have no idea the horrors that this could cause, people could combine it with voice AI which could be used as fake evidence or something like that, this could also be VERY harmful to animators, let's hope this doesn't end up in the wrong hands when released to the public

It will probably change youtube the most first, people will have professional looking footage for anything they are talking about, that's kind of happened with thumbnails and ai art already. With 5 years of improvement, someone might make a really successful animated shows just with ai, its surprising how good it is at animation. Then on the bad side videos won't be the same level of proof that something happened so people will probably get tricked a few times on important things before learning that.

they should probably add HEAVY filters for this, for example, no inappropriate art (obviously) no making it look like someone is committing a crime, probably no popular fiction characters like mickey mouse, Mario, sonic etc, and a lot more

@@blackgustavogaming eventually it'll also be interactive and not just passive. So it will be for all kinds of games eventually. I guess the closest game I can think of to the concept in my mind is that PlayStation game called LSD dream emulator or something like that. I never played it but it seems like a similar concept. On another channel of mine, @RandomDavis, I plan on posting videos about an upcoming project of mine that tries to accomplish the "holodeck" concept. I'm a software engineer and I have a few ideas for how to get a rough version working.

I teach computer science (at a very very very basic level) to special needs students and the way AI is developing I honestly believe that in like 10 years time we'll have a Netflix substitute subscription where you can just say "create X show" and it will print out 3 seasons of whatever you request.

AI tools have still a lot of limits in control and very random output so we need better tools. I don't think it's no meaning to think that its going to do everything for you, creative people will always be one step ahead.

it's not like ai is specifically prohibiting everyone from making traditional art, and it's not like a person cannot express themself through ai, it's more that people take umbrage because of how easy it is to make rather than because of absence of any human involvement, a person still has to think and type out and possibly fine-tune a prompt if they want something expressive

Really? You do not understand how did they do it? 1:45 .. note what's written on the jeep. My guess: they took the same personality model, not a bad decision considering Dan is absolutely charming. Now, most diffusion models are tiny. Stable diffusion models are less than 3B parameters. Dan is 175B. So now they trained Dan on a huge collection of video clips and you give him a prompt. Then you watch his associations with that prompt. In essence, we get to see Dan's dreams. And yes, Dan is awesome.. It's a pity Altman didn't found the AI party and ran for president, Dan could win🙂. Well, maybe we're not ready for that, yet.

Na not necessarily. Unless the ai is able to follow a story board perfectly, consistently without any error in any of the charecter designs, with the ability to allow for specific details to be added along with showing emotions. And numerous number of specific things. It's gonna still take a while.
