How good is the LC2100 portable DAC?

Thanks! I wouldn't use brilliance and Apple in the same sentence, but I must agree that the tiny white dongle is still very good.

I recomend buy used lg g6,g7 or g8 those devices used are in mostly countries cheap like hell and still very speedy in 2023, top qualcom and 4gb still is enough, i used already g7 and sound great on headphones if you want great cheap phone without a dac extender.

@@NoExceptions109 depends on market, in my market i bought g7 for a 44$ but orginal battery has 64% lifetime so i bough battery for 25$. Of course you need repleace battery in those devices cause they are old and battery is not the best durability. But it was worth it if you are able to swap battery with your own skills. Cause do it in some phone shop make it unprofitable

Btw dac from this lg compare to samsung is much higher music quality. But samsung was accetable too for most.

I loved the Xonar AE is truly a great card, despite what some people say. If you want truly good seperation, you may want to get an external decoder, more in the lines of Marantz, Denon or those companies. They support Dolby and DTS out of the box.
