Yup! This was back in June. I’m using the Power Air for singles these days.

@@PickleballStudio what made you go with the power air over the 003? It sounds like you liked the feel of the 003.

@@thomasbottorff9324 I would assume because the 003 is far from a power paddle (very much a touch paddle), and power tends to matter a whole lot more in singles

I definitely like how the 003 feels more, but for singles I just hit sooo much harder with the Power Air. 003 is what I use for doubles.

@@PickleballStudio I been thinking of switching paddle i use the Electron model E paddle for singles and doubles. Is the 003 comparable to election model E when you add led tape to 003?

@@PickleballStudio have u played with the Vision? Is a good combo paddle for power and control and does the face surface hold up. I also know it's not injected with foam like the other one. And what's the reason you would choose Joola

I have played the Vision. How long the surface lasts depends a lot on how often and how hard you play. I would choose the Vision because I liked it more than CRBN.

It’s a bad habit I’ve been breaking. When I play someone better than me I often “play to not lose” instead of “playing to win”. So I was going for way too safe of shots haha.

If you don’t go to the kitchen in Mens singles, you’re almost guaranteed a loss. The only time you shouldn’t go is on a bad return. Watch men’s pro singles and you’ll see the same thing.

You had no clue as to when, your shot placement when going there, what to expect when you got there, and the basic strategy. Maybe you’ve never played tennis, but that’s def what it looked like.

yep in by a mile. the pro dude is blind, he also thought one of his was in at 7:50 but even we can see it's out, there's a gap there.

@@tomr6955 Actually after watching some pro matches where they have multiple camera angles of close balls, I've come to the realization that due to the crappy frame rate of 30 frames/sec even in 1080p, any given footage can be very misleading. Looking at this one again, it's not really possible to say exactly where the ball touched the ground. It does appear to be clearly in, but it's also possible that we're seeing an optical illusion of sorts, and the ball bounced deeper than our mind's eye interpolation would project using the surrounding frames before/after. If they both saw it out so clearly, it definitely may have been out in reality.
