HOW GRATEFULNESS WORKS explained by Hans Wilhelm 

I was in a terrible car accident and lying on a dark road with a broken cervical and lumbar spine, in horrible pain. While waiting for the ambulance I looked up at the starry night and said “ Thank you God for saving my life.” At that very moment, a giant spray of silver light burst right above me & then just disappeared. I KNEW I would not be paralyzed and I had to have neurosurgery in my back and I am perfectly fine. That was 35 years ago and I knew from that moment on that GRATITUDE was very powerful force.

I awoke feeling panic and needed water and to walk. I sat, while reminding myself how to breathe, I picked up my phone and this video was recommended. I am thankful for the technology that allows me to see and hear you speak peace into my soul. I am thankful and greatful at 3:16 a.m. after a long hard day at work that I woke up, no matter how, after only sleeping 3 hours, to hear this message. When God or the universe, (which ever feels best to you), is trying to get your attention, it will be by any means necessary! I am grateful and thankful to God for my introduction to you and your message. ❤

You will NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH this video has resonated with my life, which for the past 18 months have been the darkest and loneliest I've ever experienced. Your final few sentences SPOKE TO ME..... I have come through most of the darkness, but the fact this journey was DESTINED.... to take me to where I AM NOW is sooooooooo unbelievably AMAZING! I have been thanking the Universe continually for this and I feel soooo much peace deeper within myself. To hear you EXPLAIN this has been a confirmation in itself. 🙏THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏

Thanks. I know this but sometimes after a bad day you forget. Hans always puts things back into perspective and helps you be the best human being. This is what shoudl be taught in schools.

These could be my words. I live everything Hans speaks in this video. If you follow Hans you will already know all of this is true, if you are new to Hans, I beg you to listen once again, ‘feel’ what he is saying. Look around you at what you have, however big or small, something you are grateful for and let that feeling build. Just see how it makes you feel. A greater step is to realise that even ‘bad’ things have a purpose, they teach us something about life. Please have a look at some of Hans’s other videos; all are short and very easy to watch. You are amazing and wise. I love everything you say. It's all helped me through such abnormal and outdated repressive things I've been through. My mum used to say to me as kid "don't blame me for your life, you chose to be here before you were born", & I would find it so offensive, very rude, and wrong. Years later, now at my age I looked into it, and realised it was such a cool thing to say. This is how I found you, and everything you have said in every single one of your vids has been so healing beyond imagination. Because some things in the world don't make sense, and it can cause bad depression when you experience extreme evil or corruption etc, but you've explained what my mother was saying, but without her teaching me, and I really appreciate you so much for that. Marie Condo is the perfect example she thanks everythg she touches even before she throws it away she tells it thank you for bringing joy into her life. And she has lots of success and abundance. She was in an emergency and her old phone miraculously worked for enough time to call 911 smthg like that but she always sent that phone love.

He is absolutely right. Many people start wondering how to start being grateful. The best bet is to just sincerely and authentically tell yourself that "I am really willing to feel grateful, even though doing it may seem hard right now" --- Willingness is being sincere and honest with life and our subconscious knows how to guide us through the entire gratitude process.

The concept of gratefulness is widely dealt in the book 'MAGIC' by Rhonda Byrne. In this book she has given some exercises to feel geatitude and to become gratitude. It is A wonderful book. It helped me to increase my gratitude levels. A must read.
