It takes great faith to believe that..in essence..when you get lemons in life, you make lemonade. Many times we are blinded by say...grief and disappointment. Then it is hard to see the forest from the trees.

Hans is so spot on with this ! My Dad, a very wise man always instilled in me to take control of my life as I was growing up. Til many years later as an adult during supper I said " So there is no such thing as this take control of your life crap is there (I chuckled ) ?..He looked up with his adorable grin and said "NO"..I was like, "Now ya tell me"..LOL All i know is I tried, dreamed and tried and tried..It's always the opposite of that FANTASY BUBBLE. I always get a taste though. I get just a taste of my fantasy bubble til the car crash. In my years I have come to firmly believe in Fate. God's Will and I believe that we all have a purpose. It's definitely a journey !

Best understanding of emotions I've ever heard so far. Surrender is perhaps our acceptance, acknowledgement of the real, however difficult. Emotions are powerful, and almost always keep us connected to ego, and disconnected from or resistant to the real, therefore stuck, rather than learning and evolving. Is it so? Yet is there any point dismissing or not listening to the emotions?

Great video! This is the exact message that Peace Pilgrim (Peace Pilgrim an American Sage.. RU-vid) would tell people. When ever a challenge came to her in life, she'd see it as an opportunity to grow closer to God. She'd joyfully ask herself "What can I learn from this?" This is not the first time that Hans has showed me information that is in concordance with Peace Pilgrim. That is very important to me because it means that I can enjoy Han's videos knowing that he isn't faking anything but is being honest, not making things up, nor being led astray by false beliefs that can make one be led astray from the path of inner peace.

Reality and fantasy very well explained. A complete surrender to God (reality) is the only way to happiness. This can be accomplished by ending ever prayer with: “Your will be done, not mine”. Suffering = Not accepting reality.

Hans, I have a good Christian friend, he is in his mid 60's, I just found out he has anger issues, it came with drinking alcohol. The trigger was, I told him he left his dome light on in his car. He then went into a rage and cussed me out for accusing him of {everything} as Christian brothers, this was hard on my spirits, I apologized right away and tried to explain that I didn't mean to upset you! I was shocked at his level of anger, without saying anything else I took my leave. Hans, this guy is good Christian act, but I asked his wife about this and she said that no counselors would work with him because he would deny anything ever happening while telling why he's having problems, like being abused when he was child. he doesn't seem to want help, when he has these events, he never comes back to apologize for what he did. he brushes it off as if it didn't happen, when these triggers come on he will look for the nearest victim.

Reality is far from perfect, which anyone can see, and it neither happens to us nor for us but with or without us. That is what the ego does not want to admit. The universe is impersonal and impartial, unfair and neither loving nor hateful nor even apathetic because it is 100% impersonal. We have feelings about reality, but reality has no complex feelings or agenda because only persons can have those and only living organisms can even have more rudimentary feelings. Even the survival of each species is the agenda of the species with the rest of the universe’s being completely impartial if the species flourishes or goes extinct. The climate is reaching us this very undeniably at this point!

What is reality but an interpretation of our own fantasy or a replay of an old program like a broken record. So essentially reality and fantasy are one. Like the loa has explained, you are your thoughts and it is what you keep attracting subconsciously. Surrender to your “old created fantasy” to move towards a “new create fantasy”. There is no such thing as solid reality, it’s subjective to one’s mind.
