The exact Slack account that was accessed was one for QA staff, or quality control. The clips themselves that were leaked were used in bug collection or tests, which explains the contents mostly being animation tests, or showcasing a bug. I forget which specific Rockstar subsidiary does QA, but I feel for them. That would not have been a fun day.
teapot made a picture while he was in. it´s going around, he didn´t just have access to slack. he had access to the entire perforce server. and every single game. so he could have downloaded everything about, Bully 2, max payne 3, IV, V, RDR2, Agent, VI, and what other projects they might have had on there we know V source is fully out there, and i bet assets got downloaded too. so who knows if he downloaded more and in a few years, RDR2, Bully 2 or agent stuff leaks. from the pic, he had access to a R* San Diego account

Gotta love how when the GTA 6 trailer leaked later in the year, instead of waiting, Rockstar said F it and posted the trailer themselves. Seems this leak seriously changed the way Rockstar does things now, potentially for the better
Good thing the GTA VI leak left lots of new questions than answers. For one we don't even have an idea on what the antagonists would be for this game. It did involve alot of gameplay though which would have been troublesome for them because 1. things can (and obviously would it's R*!) get removed during development creating anger from some players, and 2. gameplay features that could be stolen and copied by other companies before R* can release the game.
I think it's awesome that a game about committing crimes was announced by people committing cyber crimes. I think Rockstar missed a huge opportunity to play it off as planned

Reading the messages in the reports is so embarassing, these people are children. One was talking about how he can't tell people at school he's in the group or that his parents know he sim swaps. Just by the way the kid talks he has to be in like 10th grade or something, just kids with a little computer knowledge thinking they're master hackers and having it all blow up in their face being doxxed and shit.

I didnt know i had to watch 50 minutes to only get 10 minutes of how gta 6 was leaked. Maybe title this video about the lapsuss group and not just use gta6 to get clicks.
