I think he smartly advised freshers to hide the truth of 'being a fresher'. Because as a fresher you just can't tell any clients that you're an expert in Power BI and happy to help them in their projects. Because freshers' also need guidance and training, no matter how many courses he/she has done. When you join any organization as a fresher, the 1st thing they will do is to give you some kind of training and then they will put you under a team, from where your work will be monitored by your team leader. Databases in courses and in an organization is way different. Please correct me, if I have said anything wrong.

The maximum pay range depends upon the complexity of the projects and working consistently with different clients, yes, it is possible to earn around 40K - 60 K per month. If have good paying budget clients having the right skillset and complete the projects before the deadline and match the requirements!!
