Honestly I wouldn't be able to contain myself with excitement. I don't think you guys would want me to win because I would be acting crazy jumping up and down from happiness and crack open a bottle of champagne! I just entered in the new Ferrari competition for the 488 custom Liberty Walk WB so maybe my dream will come true this time around!
Lucky man. second time he tried. I wish I could say the same lol. Could really use a W now. I can't fix my moms transmission in her truck so she needs a new one, i'd use some of tha cash to hav hers fixed since we cant afford to right now...Dads truck is broke too, might need a new engine... Mines getting close to the end of its life too. Luckily i was abl to fix my dads other car so he can continue to get to work. I've been trying to win a car ever since I lost my Camaro, it had been southern engineered to run for a while, with a massive crack in the block, so i didn't even get to drive it that long. So many L's in life it's disturbing, i could continue on for days. GOOD LUCK to everyone trying to win out there, may our blessings come soon!!
Watching this, I have never won ANYTHING, ALTHOUGH SO BLESSED IN LIFE! Although this would be a TRUE DREAM, TO WIN ANY CAR BUT ONE LIKE THIS!?? SERIOUSLY ❤️🙏
Hopefully he’s wealthy enough to afford to keep the car. The federal taxes alone on a $360,000 prize is $126,000, minus the $60,000 they provide. That leaves $66,000 in remaining taxes. I love that they give away these “dream cars”, but I feel like a lot of the winners have to sell the car to cover the taxes.
@@derrickmoore2430 it’s taxed as income, so when you file your taxes that year the IRS will look at it like you made an extra $360,000 that year and tax you accordingly.
It wouldnt be $126,000......and we cant give an exact number because that number is different for every single person. There is a lot of factors that go into it. But yes you will have to claim it on your taxes the following year.
@@80eighty can you expand on that a little more? As far as sweepstakes winnings are typically concerned, the winnings are taxed as normal income. The math is based off of the approximate retail value, so that’s obviously the worst case scenario. Taxes on prize cars are calculated using the fair market value, which you guys don’t list. Take this Ferrari for example. You guys would have been required to submit a form 1099 to the IRS stating what the fair market value of the vehicle is. What was the FMV listed for this particular 488? In my area, 2016 488 GTB are averaging about $250k - $260k. With the extra $60k, that’s still a total of $310k - $320k, which still puts you in the 35% federal tax bracket. Depending on personal tax scenarios, that’s still in the $80-$100k range, not to mention regular job income or state taxes which will add to it. So unless you guys are lowballing the FMV to bring the taxes down, which is really awesome if that’s the case, otherwise, regular joes are gonna struggle with these high dollar prizes.
I’ve been watching all the amazing stuff you guys do and just wow anyone can have a chance to win ,I’ll be placing my order of a couple of stuff real soon to see if I get a chance to win that sexy orange Lamborghini
I think the turquoise car is very sharp looking. Any of these cars will be great! I am currently without a vehicle. This would be a dream come true in 2023!!! The engine in the car I was driving on January 9th caught on fire but God spared my life!!
