I've been watching him play and it just purely reminds me of D-white not a Greyson Allen. I think his pick and roll game and ability to be a pick and roll creator is Derrick White"ish". He is also a very high IQ player and plays winning basketball. I love his feel for the game and that is something that always translates into the NBA. + he's from Kentucky probabbly the safest pick. Allen does not have that and is pure a spot-up 3 and d guy.

Derrick White couldn't shoot coming out of school. And he was a lot older as a late bloomer, JUCO transfer type. Honestly, the guy that makes me think Derrick White in this draft is Devin Carter.

best fit San Antonio. Pop and Wemby will turn him into an all-star.

Agree that Spurs is pretty great - a few others I like are Pistons and Grizzlies. I don’t think he’s a BAD fit anywhere, but Trail Blazers is a tough sell being that their backcourt is already short and there’s a lot of overlap with Simons.

@@derek-parker Yeah he's a player every team wants. His landing spot will depend on the draft order and who the 1st 3 teams pick obviously Highest pick #4. Lowest id say #8 Sarr, Topic, Risa, Holland, Dillingham, Clingan, Buzelis (This draft is close in talent level anything can happen) I have him going #4 to Spurs in my mock.

Rockets best fit. Good system that encourages him to take lots of shots through kickouts. He'd be lethal in that 2nd unit and when paired with Amen Thompson and Sengun. Also FVV is there to mentor him.

I would say take him at 4 if he is available because he will either be taken by Houston with the 3rd pick or he won't make it to 8th pick
