i usually do just regular weight lifting at home, but this week i decided to to hiit for my weight lifting 3 days on 1 off than repeat. i do it for 40 mins, and 30 mins of jogging 2-3 times a week. so is does strength training hiit still mess with tour gains?
You can train everyday but you need breaks between high intensity training sessions. Alternate between hard and easy sessions. Walk and use your bike more between the HIIT days and you burn the fat easily. Eat plantbased for your health and animal welfare.
