If you go to the GP they are able to refer you to some therapy etc. xx

My little love. Times do get tough and ya brain feels like it’s about to explode but that’s ok and it’s great you share. If you off load naturally on here then it was the right thing to do at that time. You have to be ready for therapy and yes it can take a few goes to get the right one but admitting you need a little bit is the hardest part. It’s great sometimes to talk to an outsider. I hate putting a burden on ppl but friends you do not burden remember that coz that’s what Ive been told! Don’t forget your face has changed coz you’ve been training and healthier eating to. I’m waiting for surgery and when that triple chin of mine is gone the Botox and the lips are getting topped up. I’m 53 nearly and the girl needs a bit of something something! Good for you to not worry what ppl think wear what you like always, you have your own individual style and stay that way. Anyway Oceans little face when she saw the baby was the cutest thing. Have a good week and I hope things become a bit lighter for you. ❤xx
