Thats not true lol. Clouds are basically fog in the sky, there is no where near enough water to drown you. Also, it won't choke the motor, they aren't allowed in clouds because if you go through them, it can be hard to tell which way is up, and this makes it dangerous for small aircrafts and such that you might be flying near. But no, you can't drown in a cloud, and it won't choke your motor.
