Amy, I just want to tell you how much I appreciate discovering you and your channel. I played in college and as a professional on the mini tours. BTW I am 64 years old, so I've seen and heard a lot about the golf swing. The other day I looked at one of your videos from about a year ago where you talked about the right shoulder and I was amazed at how well it works. And Jack said he released as soon as he could on the downswing. He said when combining with an early weight shift, he could not release too soon. Also, many videos out there about not dragging the handle which looks exactly what you are proposing? So much conflicting advice on the Internet about the golf swing!

Thank you for sharing your training secret. it's important to train properly. I really love this winter series especially bcz it helps to see how you train and i've learned from that. I've been doing the drills for 'set at the top' and 'downward transition'. a poor weight shift and casting are sticky habits in my swing that i'm trying to work out. Lag would be next down the road after i smooth up my swing a bit more. Getting there with your help, Aimee! thanks!

Hi - I enjoy your channel. I will be adding this tip to my practice sessions as I can use more distance ... and many other improvements. Thanks for the tips! BTW - I would love to see an LPGA event held at Augusta National some day. Do you think we'll ever see that? It's great that they have added the Women’s Amateur event to their schedule but why not an LPGA event? The professional women deserve an opportunity to play that course and it would be great for the game of golf as a premier venue of the sport. It blows my mind that this still hasn't happened. We all have a limited number of days to enjoy in this life - the more we get to see the best in the game play that course - the better life can be.

well, when you look closely @3.35 you can see that you actually press down with the left side of your head to make space to create lag.

Still some snow on our golf course but I did get out today for 18. After a heavy lift (weight training) yesterday, it didn't go so well today. Lots of neck and shoulder pain. I think I need to cut back on the heavy lifting.
