Hi Jc, well I talk to may babies too. Now your heart is just going through what most people go through when someone close dies. Your heart dies with them. It takes along time to get over. Just keep busy. I don’t know if you should go completely of your medication , maybe a much lower dose. Remember just a few weeks ago you were talking about killing yourself.....Maybe check with your doctor first. Just be careful. Love you
Gail Grady in the second pt I said that I spoke with my pcp I’m not going to speak with the psychiatrist I only saw him once so there is no trust there and a lower dose it doesn’t work that way I’m just looking for two weeks and see how I do by December 1 if I’m crazy by then I will just go back on them I just want a second chance to do this on my own using just my brain and therapy and go from there the meds were making me feel more suicidal not less my mom thinks I’m doing the right thing but understands I could go off the rails again but we just take it as it comes
My psychiatrist told me that there is some people who just don't do well on meds. BUT, that hospital upped you really quickly so it could really mess you up. Maybe their is an in between compromise...like a lower dose or only a mood stabilizer...or only anxiety meds etc. But it was really scary when you talked about suicide I didn't want to lose another person I enjoy watching ( I used to be a big fan of Laura's littlexloves and when she died I CRIED). So you HAVE to take care of yourself.
