I have completed my study .Now I am on post study work visa. But the pay slips I attached with maternity allowance form that is when I was student. As a student we don't have need to pay national insurance. So I want to ask can I able to get maternity pay or not?

Hi.. I'm an international student. Do I need to mention the council tax exemption when I fill the form for maternity allowance? There is a section that asks if we claim any other benefits right?

Hi Thank you so much for this information, I’m international student January intake 2023. I worked full time during vacation May to September at the same time I’m pregnant currently I’m 7th month pregnant. So I applied 😮this maternity allowance to the UK government. International Student is eligible for the maternity allowance or not. Will I get this allowance after applying?

@@Flowwithtolubaker hii I got maternity allowance letter in that they mentioned that I'm not going to get maternity allowance as I didn't work complete 26 weeks during pregnancy. But actually I started my Full time from June 12th 2023 to October 15th. Can I know exactly why they rejected. Is there any other way to apply again

Hi sis, I will like to ask what about another scenario where someone who is also an international student, been working with the nhs on fixed term for 9 months now. And is currently 4 months pregnant, is such person qualified for any pay? And when can such person claim any payment, is it after child birth or during pregnancy?

You are qualified. You can start processing after 7-8 of your pregnancy. And you must have also notified your employer. I hope this answer your question?😁
