How I beat Ocarina of Time with NO SWORD

the true final boss of ocarina of time will always be those stalfos in the forest temple

i feel i should mention: you can hurt "flare dancers" with Bombs, or at least put their fire out. i like to do that to the first one. (and use the Hammer on the second one) also, a couple if tricks i found out about Ganondorf: -when he charges up his more powerful attack, if you're quick, you can interrupt him with a Light arrow. -there are Hearts in pots down below, and falling down won't restart the fight. (unlike A Link to the Past) -you can not only use the Hookshot to get back up quickly, you can pull yourself to HIM when he's stunned from a Light Arrow!

You have no idea how much the Zelda fan in me loved the Hyrule Warriors music! I loved the challenge, and the choice of background music!

I'm going to refer to the Master Sword as a Time Machine from now on and hope somebody gets it

The Stalfos revive quickly after the sequence of a fairy reviving you, because although it does not take long and freezes the elements of the game, it actually increases the game time in the background a lot longer than the fairy reviving sequence actually takes

There's a fairy fountain in the ganons castle area you can access with the Golden gauntlets that increases your defense. Why didn't you grab that?

For a run like this deku nuts becone supremely useful. Though ive been spamming them in this game and majoras mask for 20 years so theyre supremely useful anywhere lol

This is months after the fact, but not jump slashing with the sticks is rather grating to watch when they start out being so vital. Dark Link with Din's Fire is overkill, too. Untargeted Deku Nuts thrown in his general direction freeze him like the Stalfos and make the encounter super trivial even without a sword. 2nd Ganon doesn't require arrows or magic at all. You can walk between his legs and smack his tail with good timing. Did it on Sealed Palace just recently. There are other issues but I'm wondering about just doing this run myself and adding some other form of challenge to it. Sad to say I'll get maybe a dozen viewers at most just like 3 hearts on Master Quest or any number of other challenges. But hey, persistence is a thing.

You should have used the giants “knife”

Fun Fact: You can still do jump slashes with Deku Sticks. Since Deku Sticks do the same amount of damage as the Master Sword, this is the ideal way to deal damage. It only takes three jump slashes to take down most of the early bosses.

You should do this for Majora (the real Majora, N64)

well dark link is affected by deku nuts as well, I discovered it in a randomizer in the PC Port

You could've used Deku Nuts to stun Ghoma and follow up with a jump attack with the Deku Sticks to pretty much end the fight in two seconds

You can't use sword 🗡️ ❌ But you can use arrow☑️ and hammer

Wether you are using sticks or swords you should jump attack whenever you have the chance, if you just use jump attacks in the gohma fight you can kill her with 3 sticks

If the master sword was a Time Machine then why didn’t you use it for all the battles not including child link ones
