My favorite part is still on the first attempt at tower of fate where Barb was in chat saying "as a friend, just do normal mode."

i love how during the final run, even if he's just not showing the tension, it feels like he's just gotten so well practiced at all the rooms he's just kinda casual about playing through the challenge. though you could tell that he got laser focused near the end when the talking slowed down

The editing on this video was top-notch. The storytelling, the drama, the slow introduction of every level... good stuff

I love that the first room on the first ever attempt ended up being one of the most likely to end later attempts. That falling-platform-between-spikes setup is EVIL.

I'd like to believe that Poo's character being the only one that was broken was an intentional troll Also, spacing out in the conversation somewhere in the middle of the full run only to realize there was like 10 rooms left was a treat

honestly, even knowing wrestling is fake, it's still insanely impressive. It's like a violent gymnastics performance. And the wrestlers at amateur shows are typically really nice and fun to talk to after the show. Everybody should go to a local show once. It's great.

Congrats on finally achieving it. I was on pins and needles watching this even though I knew you managed it in the end. Hope Barb patches your sprite soon.

I really hope this hack is in GDQ just like GPW2 was in GDQ when mitch was speedrunning it and barb was explaining his thought process was on making this hack and his ideas on each level, that made me understand GPW2 so much better! GPW3 I really want to understand a lot of his thought process through these levels especially this 81 room dungeon lol!!!!

I come for the gameplay but stay for the commentary. I'd heard wrestling fans get annoyed at the "it's fake" commentary, but none had ever explained quite like this--live theater, but someone might actually bleed on you. Totally reshaped how I think about forms of entertainment that aren't "my thing." Poo's always got great "live and let live" insights!

I for the life of me cannot figure out why I cannot beat this level in normal mode (da hell with hard mode for now) I have spent days on this level I have beat really difficult ROM hacks such as fourth chamber grand poo world 2 Invictus Riff world 2 but I simply cannot for the life of me consistently get 12+ rooms without dying. My PB is 14 and I’ve hit that a couple times. Supposedly it’s a random room that spawns anytime after room 8 and I have seen streamers get the checkpoint at room nine I’m pulling my hair out and losing all motivation to keep playing this god-awful level. I have 33 exits so far I cannot find another secret. I cannot find another level so I assume the rest of the game is locked behind this level, the only videos I’ve watched are of levels army currently on, so I don’t know what comes next. Any advice would help TIA

Your crazy man. Individually they are fairly easy rooms but, consistently, for 81 rooms, while talking to chat? Insane. As always, Im amazed at what you are capable of and your refusal to quit. Also, i'm not a wrestling fan personally, not since I was a kid in the days of the rock, stone cold, kane, undertaker, sting, the hardy boys etc etc in the 90s... but anyone with a brain can tell you wrestling is "fake". Its no different to a play or a musical or a movie. You know the matrix isn't real right? its just a movie?

Speaking to someone on jail does not cost $3/min. You set up an account and 15 minutes ends up costing $1.5 or so dollars. Maybe the pay phone that an ex inmate might call a taxi or someone to pick them up from the jail might cost $3/min but I'm not sure.
