Congratulations Adam! I can appreciate the investment you’ve made. When I started med school in the ‘70’s (cough), my first semester we started out with 175 in the class. On day #1, we were told by the Dean “look around. Half of you won’t make it to semester 2.” 🤔 And the Dean was right. By the time I graduated, only 30 of us were left standing. 😳. Friends would ask .. we’re going out, want to join us? Nope. Have to study. Or they’d say you have a three day break want to …. Nope have to study. I graduated 2nd highest in the class. So 30 of us graduated. Only two of us passed our Boards on the first attempt. Several had to take them over but passed. Out of the 30 of us I heard 6 had to take the Boards 3x and failed. ☹️. So yeah, I can appreciate what you’re going through but success comes to those that are hungry enough and have the drive/ambition to see it through 😉👍🏻
Adam , in order to be able to sell real estate, you must stay on You Tube ! It’s the very best way to promote yourself! Look at Monica Curch of Seattle , she is a little older then you I think but on her last video she admitted that that had given her her clients ! Check her out ! A specially her last video ! Good luck Adam and Congratulations with passing your exam ! 👍🥂🍾
Ellen! thanks for this comment, I will be staying on RU-vid and I also have watched a lot of Monica's real estate videos! You're right, and I'm gonna stick with them both :)
Congratulations!! That’s awesome. Thanks for the video! Im going to move to Vancouver and will be looking for a pet friendly rental in North Van/ Lonsdale area for September 15th start. I know you’re probably not doing rentals etc but I thought I would put it out there ☀️
hey Roberta, thanks! You're right I most likely won't be doing rentals, but my advice regarding that would be that it's kind of a numbers game - you just have to look at as many listings as possible over time, and it may take some luck and time to find the perfect pet friendly place that feels right. I don't think there's a super clear way to get this done!🤔
I live in North Van, Central Lonsdale (15 min walk to Lower Lonsdale) area and will be ending my lease the end of August. Its a one bed, one (big) bath. Send me a DM and I can give you more details, price etc, maybe you can take it! Lol
That's great! Awesome! Congrats 🎉 I intend to move to Vancouver until 2023 and I found your channel. I really love your videos! It's fantastic your energy and the way you tell us what you doing. Ps: for short stay (like 6 months) what the best choice you recommend to apply?
I´m from Brazil and i intend goes to Canada to be a Real estate, sure that i still have a long way, include to improve my english, but i will follow each word from you. Thank you so much for your content. I wish you good luck on your new journey and I hope we can have coffee one day. Just a quick question, is the competition great?
Congrats on getting your license Adam! I just moved to Vancouver, and doing my license course right now. Did you use any tutorial services, if so which one would you recommend. Did you read the whole book or you use the tutorial guide?
Hi, I want to try this exam since I majored in Real Estate but the only thing I'm worried about is that I'm on Study permit and already doing a diploma, am I allowed to take this exam or enroll for it?
Hey Adam - Have you ever heard of GOBC and do you think paying for real estate licensing schools help with the real estate journey? Before and after? Love to hear your thoughts!
Have you looked at Monica Church of Seattle? She bought a house in Palm Springs and renovated it. It inspired her to take a 3 month online real estate course and she’s killing it. $$$$$. And she’s only 25 ish.
Yeah I've watched her videos and that Palm Springs house is super cool :D You're right, she's kind of ahead of me in the whole real estate journey, i'm learning from her through her vids!👌
What shallow profession is real estate if 3 months online tuition lead to $$$$. I've noticed in boom times people flock to real estate for quick bucks and in bust times they leave the profession.
Oh great litter the streets with more real estate agents. Let me save you the trouble for real estate in Vancouver. The market is dying hard. During the quick housing boom a lot of people became real estate agents here. Those people have failed and are failing to sell anything now. People aren’t buying because the increase in interest rates to help with inflation. Unless you know hundreds of people who are selling and buying you’re not going to sell anything. Property management would be a better option.
Also that's crazy, my mom changed her career and become a real estate agent cuz one of her friend gave her the opportunity and she didn't pay or waited months... I guess she was lucky to be trained and start working easily 👀 Depends on countries I suppose
@@Maloup44 Yeah I think in some locations the process is a lot more simple. They slowly make it harder over time too! Good for here, hope she killing it ✌:)
