Thank you uncle Nick! I was in a hard time thinking about how my future be, and feeling super low in life. Listening to this video made me realized that life is always full of mystery, but persistent in following our passion could lead to fruitful future. Regardless, I will try to do my best not overthinking what the result would lead to. I guess persistent is one of the most important skill to have in this world.

I needed to watch this. I’ve been making content for about 3 months now and the highs and lows are tough. I’ll have one video that does 20k and grows everyday while another stops at 270 views. Your the reason I really started cooking more. over covid I took a job at the highest end restaurant where a live I was doing prep work in the back it was the happiest I ever been. Are chef was out for family issue for a month. So I got be on the line a bit. Are sous chef ended up leave, and Now I’m the sous chef. so deserved brother, you & Josh Weissman are my inspirations for cooking, I've been able to cook for my girlfriend and family due to you both & It makes me feel so good being able to put a smile on their faces with food that has love & preperation that isn't just a 20 minute air fryed chicken nuggets... :)

My mom kinda got me into cooking, but you got me really into cooking. I'm pretty invested in it at this point. I might suffer from multiple mental illnesses but I've learned not to give up doing the things i love. I came to the realization that i don't give up because i was thinking about the ammount of times i played a game with my friend, he'd always beat me but i never stopped trying to do better next time. Cooking is something I'll never stop doing until i die. Thanks❤

Wow what a great video Nick. Your transparency and experience shines beacons of light for me. I am currently in the process of making my own beef jerky company. Rightnow I am just the guy in the kitchen ( well garage to be exact 😆). All I have are my friends and their feedback at this point. And it’s been really good so far. I by no means thing I’m a professional but I do love doing it. Going to my kitchen and putting together something right from my mind to fruition is a wonderful achievement and feeling.
