I’m flat chested (52, have survived with my size for a long time. No one ever made fun of my chest until recent, on my social media. Some want to bring good people’s spirits down. Yes, important to validate yourself, know you’re beautiful inside and out, and not worry about what others say. People who say cruel things, make fun or bully others are the ones with problems. I have a rectangular shaped body and I didn't use to like it because everyone was only talking about hourglass body but women come in different shapes and that's the way we're meant to be, it's mother nature and I actually love your body type and all the others as well, my mom is apple shaped

I wish I could stop myself from comparing with literally everyone else and basing my worth on my looks. I always wonder why so many guys ask my friends out but not even 1/3rd of them ask me out. All I dream of for the future is being really good looking and being treated nicely cuz unattractive people are invisible to others sadly. and I want that to change. There are more important things that I should aspire for. I wanna look like the people in movies.

Thank you soo much for helping us clara your such a beautiful young girl i still have the same insecurities you used to have and i struggle alot with loving myself i am currently 14 years old and i get bodyshamed at my highschool it hurts soo much and it causes me to feel insecure everyone in my class tries to ignore me im treated as less of a human being because im underweight 😕😔 i get treated like i have no feelings... and anytime i look in the mirror at myself i would randomly start to cry we wear uniform at my school and whenever it's jeans day i would feel sooo scared to enter school in my jeans because ik i would be made fun of for my size sooo thank you Clara for making me feel like i am not alone thank you for being here for us❤ you truly saved me and i am working on loving myself now 🥰

u are so awesome. im glad ur helping others build confidence whenever u feel down, remb ur amazing :)! and u make others happy and help others with sm! everybody is so judge mental and everything and causes me to be insecure. i feel insecure from my body bc of my sister who is younger and she’s taller and has more weight. i feel rlly insecure abt my hair and face. and my body bc of society. i don’t like it but u have been helping me thx u sm. u also helped me when i was at my lowest and nowhere to turn and felt like the only way of escape and not to feel insecure and other emotions was to off myself. thx u sm!!!! i feel happy and more amazing!

I aspire to be like you someday. I relate to so much of what you said. I've come a long way but I'm still not confident without makeup or certain clothes. I never used to care about looks but toxic friends and environment can really ruin things. I crave validation way too much and don't get it from my family or people who should be giving it to me. I'm trying to figure out how to give to myself but I don't know how yet.

When I was 20 I befriended a beautiful, funny, popular and super confident girl and we spent a lot of time together. I looked up to her so much because she did everything so effortless and everyone loved her because she was so kind and loving. One day we were hanging out, and she looked at me and said, "you know what, we are both so lucky that we don't really have boobs". This one sentence changed how I looked at myself. 20 years later I am still grateful for her words. Sometimes you need that one person that makes you realize that you are already perfect just how you are.

Sometimes when i feel insecure i watch ur videos and relate to them, they also make me more secure to know im not the only one whos pretty insecure, im a perfectionist so its hard to accept and embrace my self even the smallest pimple would make me go absolutely insane 😅
