in brief: In this video, the speaker shares her journey to becoming fluent in English and offers tips on how to improve one's language skills. Key points include: 1. Joining an English speaking club to practice speaking with others, even if they are non-native speakers. 2. Creating a RU-vid channel to practice everyday English, or alternatively filming videos for personal use. 3. Reading books to expand vocabulary and connect with the culture. 4. Practicing English with non-native speakers can also lead to improvement, as demonstrated by the speaker's experience in Mexico. 5. Actively listening to and mimicking native speakers to improve pronunciation. 6. Acknowledging that achieving fluency is a long-term process and results may not be immediate. The speaker emphasizes that learning English is an ongoing process and that progress should be measured against one's past self. She also shares her joy in helping thousands of students improve their English through her courses, book club, and RU-vid channel.
@@fisolfas lol, it seems you've never begun to learn English. you don't have to read it, you know. English beginners are happy to have this kind of information.
I'm from India, I have been watching your video for few days, and I feel that I'm learning new sth. Thank🙏💕 u very much, and also I watch a lot of your short video, and I enjoyed it. Thank🙏💕🙏💕 u
Your english is amazing. As a native speaker it is hard to tell you are not also one. Friendly tip - try to say googled again it was basically the only word that sounded weird
Your English is excellent! I’m on my journey to become fluent in Spanish. I know enough to just get by but I want to be as fluent as I am in my native language.
Hi, Veronika! I've been learning a lot from your videos not only in this channel but also your vlog channel. I really appreciate your putting much effort on it. Surprisingly, I was thinking about exactly the same thing as what you talked about your second channel. I started my own channel and try to speak English in order to improve my speaking skills and make my vocabrary expensive. Although it's challenging and even weird for me like non native speaker, it actually worked well. But I'm still struggling with that so my request is that can you give us some tips or advice to make vlog in English for non nativie speakers?
Good morning Verônica. You are pretty good in English, I 've been wached your vídeo lately and It has been helped me a lot. Thank you for ALL knologede. Huge to you
Your pronunciation is so fine tuned. Amazing job! Especially given the relatively short time. And very inspirational. And you're absolutely right about us, non native speakers never seem to be able to fully fill that "C2-to-true native" gap. Kinda sad but true. Although I think it's got a positive side too: you see, no matter how fluent we are and or how good our English is - it always keeps us wanting more and going for that "more"... Keep it up! _ Side note: you really wanna clip the mic on the left side. The point is, you want it pointed at or toward your mouth; not away from it)
I'm from Brasil your fluency story is so amazing, keep up and move on, actually i can write a little bit in english because of you and amazing teachers here on RU-vid one day i Hope be like U thanks we love U Veronika 😍🥰🤗

Вот, канал, который я рекомендую "English for everyone with Kevin and Liza".
Congrats 🎉, it’s very hard you measure your own progress, but I remember your first video and it was very cool see your progress. Today RU-vid recommended this video 😮 I’m so happy see your progress and also the quality in front of camera. Thanks 😊 for such as awesome tips and keep doing this incredible work.
Hi Dear Veronika I am for Pakistan I big fan off you, can you my one question for answer me, I am sleeping after watching videos in English this is better or not please guide me about this Thank a lot
Hi Veronika! You're a great example of improving english been not native english speaker. I have been study english for almost four years, but i've backed to study again. The question is how do i study english for my own? I know the internet is very useful to practice, grammar, pronunciation and writing (like i'm doing now), however i don't sure doing myself. Regards!👋🇦🇷
I know how! Read literature out loud! That’s how I’ve been learning Spanish. I want to give you all the encouragement in the world. For example, let’s clean up your message a little bit: “Hi Veronica! You’re a great example of improving your English without having been a native English speaker. I have been studying English for almost four years, but I’ve returned back to studying again. The question is, how do I study on my own? I know the internet is very useful for practicing grammar, pronunciation and writing (like I’m doing right now), however I’m not sure about doing it myself.” Don’t forget to capitalize the first letter in the appropriate words: English, I’m, etc. But, really you write very well. There were just a few errors but you are definitely advanced!
Hi Veronika! Congratulations on your journey and channel! I'm so curious about your book club! I'd like to know if you're going to launch one in January 2023. I might not be able to join the one coming up, that's why I'm asking:)
It's your opportunity to improve your audition skill. Everyone is able to read subtitles, but if you really want to learn English, you also have to listen and understand
I wonder why there are so few views in comparance with the amount of subscribers. In my opinion, Veronika is one of the best English-speaking persons on youtube, who has so clean pronunciation.
hello veronika. please could you tell me what kind of books you read? I'm learning English language on my own but the most difficult thing to do is practicing output. I try to talk to myself reapeating what I have learned. I'm French and here it's too difficult to find someone to talk to .I don't know how can stayed motivated. my teacher is myself. I could learn Spanish in the past because always hearing my parents. but it's not the same with English . here in Lyon we can't meet people who speak English. it's a challenge for me and I like to speak English. if you've some advice to give me .I write and read better than I speak .thank you I'm RICHARD
You can talk with people on online. I tried to join online platforms but they charge money so I didn't join. If you are comfortable to spend money you can try those platforms.
