Strength training for muscle growth 🏋️‍♂️
In this video, I talk about the program that has helped me boost my muscle growth by 40%. This program only requires you to work out for 15 minutes per week. Crazy, right? I don't understand... You put so much time and effort to help people with your research and ideas but then the price for these courses are so enormously high that normal people who actually need it, cannot afford those courses bc their money doesn't grow on trees especially now.

There are no shortcuts when it comes to building strength. A 30 Min workout is not optimal. Working out twice a week is not enough to build significant strength. If you're doing it just to get minimal work done there's much cheaper ways to do it. Anyone who frequents a gym and has knowledge of fitness knows what you're trying to do here mate.
