Wouldn't that contribute to happiness? So doing all that - Yes it is important, . However self love is also key and that means for each of us to be happy. We are not born to be martyrs but be contributing to the well being of all including ourselves. We deserve to be happy as everyone else does and love ourselves for we are all important. With this we hopefully will also bring with it all the things you mentioned :)
