Thanks for content like this! Convinces me more to move out lol 😅 23k for major expenses isn’t bad at all 👌🏼 I hope i can manage my expenses well once I moved out
hihi, i've been keeping up with your journey and congrats on the apartment! I wanted to know if your apartment has thin walls or ceilings to hear people, I really want to find a place where it's quiet :( i'll be watching the vids! :D
Yess the walls are thick you can have karaoke inside haha. I have a neighbor with 3 children. I can only hear them from outside if their door's open. 😁 Thank youu! 🫶
@@denquiet I spent a lot of time canvassing. I suggest you look up places that are residential or with condo buildings then inquire face to face. I know there are listings online but for me, it's better to really walk around and see the units for yourself. :) spent around 5 Saturdays visiting places, so I wouldn't call this luck haha.
And its almost going to cost as much as her entire month's grocery budget for a fam of 6 to enjoy their main dishes. 😂 Tbh there other gems there that offers better food with the same view. 😊
I do not want to be sarcastic, but it's hard to believe 23k for a monthly expense even if you're living alone. 10k rent cost for 1 bedroom apartment with less noise is indeed one-of-a-kind catch. However, your electricity and water bill doesn't add up to be 2k only as you have AC and other electric appliances not unless you manually turn off the main power supply whenever you're not home. Secondly 7k budget for food and groceries for a month will only be reasonable if you live on having bread, eggs, can goods, noodles, canton and junk foods no rice on a day-to-day basis, which I believe is quite impossible. No hate here just being honest with my opinion and the reality as its 2024.
Got your point. :) I'm happy to explain. 10K is a steal! My landlady is very generous and kind, even gave ACs to some of her staff during summer. For electricity and water, actually, my recent reading only adds up to 1.2K. My water is usually 350 since I do my laundry here. My electricity goes from 800 to 1.1K. Take note that I have an inverter AC and I'm only using it at night time since I'm working in the office. My ref is old and saves a lot of energy, that's why I never bought a new one. Also, there's a difference in commercial and residential buildings. Some condos have higher electricity price compared to residential. It also depends on the location. Mine is in residential area. 7K for food is enough and I eat healthy. You know how? I live near a wet market where veggies and fruits are way cheaper. I don't buy them from groceries. I cook and I don't buy deliveries that much. For lunch, our company has a canteen that serves great food at cheaper prices. Fun fact, I only ate 2 instant noodles last month when I was so lazy going out. Lol. Thanks for being honest. If one is wise, madiskarte, and hardworking, he/she can find ways (edit: though it still depends on what's available to you). ☺️ Hope this clarified some things.
around 7k lang din ang food budget naming mag asawa and 2dogs na kasama sa budget sa bigas, gulay at isda 😂. wag talaga bumili sa grocery store. talipapa is the key
Speaking of cables, @ 3:20, it would have been nice if they do underground for the cables noh? like other countries.. wala ka makita mga nakasabit at all
salary 23K family of 3 +4 pets weekly food budget 1k house 9k *my pamasahe monthly 2k* internet 2k electricity (no ac ) 800 water 400 snacks monthly 2k Less 20K /month idk how my ate budget her pamasahe my mom wfh .. if talaga matipid and madiskate u can survive in 20K monthly p.s out of 23K sahod ko 6k ambag ko monthly i think same case sa ate ko so may 12K ambag for house expenses kami 20-12=8K mom ko na naghandle nito.... reason why i cant live alone din maybe soon if salary is higher p.s we live in probinsya area pero the expenses are pretty much the same naman when we lived in metro
your alone and spending 23k monthly? why? your paying house mortage or apartment? do you gas a car daily to work? cause food would only be around 3k if im alone and electricity would only be 2k, water would only be 300php and gas to work if i dont like the hassle of commuting to 4k, thats 9.3k a month for me. and if i rent ill just take a 4k apartment that would only be 13.3k and if i pay house mortage ill only take those 2 BR row house amounting to 8k the most that would be 16.3k only just add 1k for internet and 1k for cigarretes thats 18.3k and thats already a comfortable way of living

Hello! New subbie here! I've been watching your vids every time I rest from my WFH setup. 😅 I just wanna ask what app or program do you use to track your expenses or manage your financial records. I'm using plain Google Sheet right now. Thanks in advance! 😊
Hello! I made a video about it where i shared the range. You can check it here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-syUwaaoBt_w.htmlsi=a1s3JZDAZOGPrKXQ CC is a bit fast so you can pause. :)
Wow 23k budget? is that 1 month salary? ako hirap na nyan huhu, pero living with fam naman pero mahal parin po gastos. Maganda na may youtube channel po kayo and growing po sya, makakatulong din si revenue.
Yes! 23K is not my monthly salary po. It's just my main expenses. :) You can also watch this for savings tips: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y1lO8MHe3_I.htmlsi=HmdlhggRK5JzGZot 🫶
san po sa makati ung anime store na yan? new subs here. to be honest, nagulat ako sa rent mo at ranging to 10K. Data Analyst ka po noh? gusto mo refer kita sa ibang company +40 range ng sahod. pero no offense po ah, hmmmmm super laki nung rent mo for 10K, kala ko included na dn dun ung elec, water, internet bill via apartment. tapos ung food allowance mo eh mas mababa, meaning nag tipid ka sa health at food intake mo per month. curious lang po ako kung may other source ka pa ng incomce aside sa ytube? or any investment na mag results ng additional cashflow or monthly income mo po..
No offense taken 😆 Afford ko naman yung rent ko and we have food in our company at very cheap prices that's why I spend lesser on food, plus I cook my own food :) Thanks for the offer po but I'm okay with my job right now. Yung 23K po is not my salary, but my major expense only. 😁
I thought data analyst salary is more than 23k? Sa iba is 100k so 50k is good enough for data analyst. No hate, just my thought since I saw some of them share their income.
No worries. It's actually not my total salary, 23K only covers my main expenses. :) I also have budget for savings, travels, and others. Hehe. I mentioned this in my new vid you might wanna watch 🫶 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cxkJUTmUclQ.htmlsi=FC61W7WvJwOzRiUx
