A run through of the most effective exercises I've done over my years of training to build the physique I have today.
S'MORES PROTEIN COOKIE:
* Oat Flour 22g
* Vanilla Protein Powder 8g
* Coconut Flour 3-4g
* 1/4tsp Baking Powder
* Peanut Butter 8g
* 1.5tbs Cashew Milk
* Greek Yogurt 14g
* Stevie (optional)
* Chocolate chips & Marshmallows
1.) Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Combine all ingredients except chocolate and marshmallows in a bowl
3.) Add cookie mixture to pan and use spoon to form desired cookie shape
4.) Place chocolate and marshmallows on top
5.) Bake for 11-13 minutes

Exercises: 1. Low Incline Smith Machine Press 4X6-10 0:49 2. 2-Arm Bent Over Dumbbell Row 2:25 3. Seated Cable Shoulder Press 4X15,12,10,10 3:23 4. Low Pully Cable Curl 3-4X12-15 (To Failure Every Set) 4:58 5. Lying Y Raise 5:50 6. 1-Arm Cable Tricep Extension 3X15-20,12-15,10-12 (+ Optional Drop Set) 7:30 7. Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise (Start with 6 reps then Extended Drop Set to 100 Reps after every workout) 9:10

muscle is overrated all it does it shorten your life span . humans are meant to be slim and ripped from natural lifestyle and diet. look up old pics of aboriginis no gym no supplements yet they have ideal bodytypes. even the old men were ripped .this is achievable even today with proper self care.

Great quality as usual. I really appreciate someone with a good physique actually demonstrating quality techniques with movements that check the boxes for: - full range of motion - burn in the target muscle - safe and controlled with slow eccentrics I also really liked how you mentioned doing movements that you enjoy and can progress on

That sultry-smooth jazz transition from the Y to overhead extension 🔥😂 I LOVE your "Thick legs fast" routine, especially the "leg curl first/backward treadmill walk for pain-free knees" tips. I've been building my perfect, go-to antagonist superset routine-love that Smith press/protracted bent over row-my toothpick arms/upper body thank you.

Listen I will be honest, I watched all your videos in less than a year. From last February I am following your 4 day splits and I did some adjustments. I learned a lot from you and these splits I love them. Best I ever did, I never tried again Chest back biceps. I am in love, I see huge improvements and fast both my strength and muscle growth since I let my muscles recovery now. THANK YOU A LOT. I MEAN IT

You really inspired me to start lifting Will, I lost 60 pounds last year. Something I've noticed is how incredible you look it's really impressive. I inherited fantastic strength genetics thankfully, but even though it's easier for me, it's made me realise even more how incredible your physique is for a healthy natty man. Good job man

Thank you for sharing that this is what works for you specifically! What would be useful in my opinion is understanding why you feel/know this is what works for you. Will's scripts always on points. Also the Smith machine is underrated. Just like how people dont just use dumbbell presses and wanna do barbells, the smith also has its place/use.

You bring up an amazing point: do movements that you enjoy practicing. That's what will maintain consistency. Also, I love that Lying Rear-Delt Fly! It's a great way to practice controlled rotator cuff mobility. Can't wait to try it in my next workout

Always stick to the compounds! Whether you’re a beginner or have been at it for years. Accessory movements help but aren’t required, just like dietary supplements.
