Please tell me what all would I need to do be a notary. So glad things worked out for you. That’s your blessing. God opened doors for you. My email is chayna40@gmail.com
I definitely will be researching.. I just got my Loan Signing license and I’m ready but just don’t know where to begin. Do I get business cards, come up with a business name or did you just use your name.
Can you do classes on each type of different notay signing - so we can know where to sign - how the documents look I have no experience- until I pay for my insurance, I am doing research on how to do different signings Scinellnc@gmail.com
LaToya Sherease in the beginning I signed up with 20 different companies to insure I was always making money. Now there’s only about 6-7 that I work with because I weeded out the cheap companies and the ones that take longer than 45 days to pay. That being said it depends. Before the pandemic I was making about $5-$8K a month doing 6-10 closings a week. For the past 3 months I’ve made $15,K EVERY month
Kara Allan are you doing VA, DC and Md? I’m in Alexandria, Va currently with Notarize processing RON but looking to go independent as a mobil loan signing agent and would love to discuss with you since you are in DMV area.
@@KaraAllan I really appreciate you asking this question for LaToya. Even though I am not in your area, I noticed that most people don't like to give out their information concerning money and it's great that you have.
Starting this business, does it take hundreds to START. There's a guy on line asking for $499 for training 😞😞😞😞 I REALLY was interested in doing this , until I saw him asking for $499!!!! This may just be confirmation for me to do it NOW. Thank YOU so much, glad this came across my news feed. I don't mind driving for the peace of mind 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I’ve been a Notary Public in MA for 5 years and have NEVER know about this or got paid more than 5/10 dollars. My mind is blown 🤯. Thank you for this video!!!
@@zg2659 I’m in PA too. There is a limit but that’s for notary publics. She’s a notary signing agent. You have to be a notary to become a signing agent, which handles loan packets
While watching this, I inhaled and exhaled deeply. I’ve been PRAYING for something like this and actually planned my fast starting tomorrow for God to open doors in my life and for direction about small business ideas. Then this video comes up on my timeline. Thank you Jesus and thank You for being so open and honest with us. This is so refreshing and what I needed🙏🏾 God bless you!
@@syoungb5877 thank you, may He bless you too! I am now commissioned and took classes locally, so I’ll be doing research about STARTING! I definitely will be watching more of these videos. God is so good!
I'm starting the process tomorrow. This sounds great even if it's just extra cash at the beginning like it was for you. I love people that give free game. Thanks a lot.
@@Notary2NotaryUSA I am a new notary and just completed my test and excited for sure about this and hoping that it will work for me. Thanks for your information
My Notary expired. I called last week to find out how to renew. I did. I am in Virginia and I will follow this channel. It is my goal to have a side hustle next year. I am just getting started on my 2021 goals. I'm on schedule. Thank you for this information and this channel. It popped up just like that. I am amazed it just dropped in my lap like this. God makes no mistakes. This is confirmation for me. Stay Blessed.
I'm a new Realtor, and in the past been in the mortgage business, but seeking extra income since being a new realtor is slow right now. I applied for my notary today! Thanks for the great information!
@@nataliecarter6017 I was talking about real estate and mortgage loan officer, not notary. Obviously, you can't notarize your own documents. That would defeat the purpose of it. That would be like being a justice of the peace and marrying yourself and another person. 🤪🙈🍌
Update Nov 1 2020, since finding your channel, I took the jump, I am in PA requires 3 hours education before you can even submit an application as a regular Notary. DONE. Submitted my App paid the $42 Fee, received authorization to Test. this happened fast for me. My studying materials hadn't even arrived yet lol I am so happy. Will be taking the exam once I pass I will get Commission and Sworn in. Next Certification to become a signing Agent, I ain't playing..... I am creating an Ebook for the entire experience and journey in PA because each state is different. It is a totally different process here, once I bring in the money bags I will help others do the same. Thank you so much for your videos. God Bless you and everyone on here.
I am from PA and want to try and become a Notary Public would it be possible to email you or call to understand what I should do? I am still a bit confused I would really appreciate it !
Hi Anthony I’m also a notary in California. If you don’t mind me asking how did you get into the loan signing? I’m in central ca and working from home. Just want to make some extra money.
I know :). Different areas have different pay rates. Average for VA is between $100-$250 but you more so land at $150. Just depends different factors. Of course working directly with the title companies pays more as well.
Yes!! I'm commissioned in VA also and test for my 2nd Notary Public commission in my residential state tomorrow and NSA is definitely what got me interested in the Notary Public thing. Your story is so on-time for me. Thanks
My mind has been blown. I have been looking for a 2nd job for over 1 yr to supplement my income. I have worked as a call center agent for a utility company for over 20 yrs. I was watching a video on youtube about work at home jobs and I ad come up about this type of work. I was shocked that you could be that type of work and I was amazed. I started researching and came across you video and I was so happy, I wanted to cry. I want to thank you for being honest and real about your journey. You have been a blessing. I just started a web to promote myself as a Virtual Assistant and this would be an awesome addition. You have literally changed my life. Thank you and keep be a blessing to others.
I lost my job May 2020. I heard about this from a friend who knows a notary/signing agent. I have started the process. I knew I would be able to make more with this than I’m receiving in unemployment and this would allow me to continue looking for a job in my field. But after watching your video and reading others comments, I’m now thinking I can do this full time and earn a good income. Thank you so much for your video and everyone’s comments.
I just passed my test yesterday for Notary Public in PA, currently waiting for everything t come to be sworn in. Just ordered the study material for the signing agent program. Very excited to start this new journey.
LaToya, even though I am not in your area, can you please tell me where you received your study material for the Signing Agent program from? I just want to compare to what I have heard. Thanks in advance!
I finished notary school in CA and got my certificate. I have my State Licensing exam in August. Thank you for helping me be sure I made a good decision. I googled it too. ❤
hi sabrina...im looking into becoming a notary aswell, and doing some research, where did you take the class? can you recomend please ... I dont want to end up wasting time and money on something that is not legit. All help appreciated..thank you
Great video. I was under the same impression about notaries getting $5 a document. I became a notary to provide a public service to my church and the public. Hate to say how long I’ve been doing it but I am currently trying to get my business started as a NSA in Richmond. Will check you out in the near future, keep up the good work sis!! God Bless
Being a new mom and stuck at home..I’ve been looking into becoming a notary, after my mom mentioned it to me a few weeks ago but I was kinda skeptical about it but now I think I’ll go through with it! Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video. I’m a registered nurse with 5 kids have been searching endlessly for a way to be able to spend more time at home. I just enrolled in this course and I have high hopes and look forward to earning money while working from home as opposed to picking up extra shifts. Thank you again
LifeWithDaf I’m interested in adding taxes to my services menu. Any suggestions on which companies provide the best quality training? I’m in Delaware btw. Where’s your location (s)?
@@mzrizz5933 in the process of becoming a tax consultant and notary. My friend last week said "why don't you become a notary with the tax business" looked up and I was sold. Congratulations to you and much success!
I am a notary in Michigan and want to become a Signing Agent. I became a Notary in 2016. Driving doesn't bother me. Currently I drive Mass Transit Bus and I don't like it. I see this as an opportunity to do something I like.
Great info! Im getting ready to retire from my job, and was looking for something to do. Then we refinanced our house a few weeks ago. Our notary signing agent mentioned that they are so overwhelmed with work and she was actually turning down jobs. So there is a lot of opportunity.
This video came right on time. I just filled out my application to become a notary in VA this past Monday. I'm currently also a registered private investigator. The more I read up on becoming a notary/signing agent, the more interesting this job becomes. I'm interested and learning more about it!
GREAT video! Awesome information, I am considering becoming a notary/signing agent here in TX. Congratulations on all your success my beautiful sister.
I've been looking for something different that I can do from home or on my own time, for years because I got tired of going to a day in and day out job, and all the nonsense in the offices and management with issues. I wanted to do something while being a caregiver for my mom too and pretty much being my own boss. This is what I've been looking for. Thank you.
This video was a recommendation in my sidebar, so I clicked on it for curiosity's sake, and I'm glad I did! I'm going to look into becoming a notary and a signing agent. I have been looking to start my own business, but not sure in which direction to go. I think I just found it! I will soon be signing up for the e-course and go from there. I have also subscribed to the channel. Thank you so very much for the information!
Hi! 😃 I’ve always “thought” about becoming a Notary & now a Signing Agent BUT now thanks to you I’m going to do it!!! LOVE your video & ENERGY! I SUBSCRIBED... ❤️ #TFS
How could you put a thumbs down on this video?! She’s specific, well descriptive. I’m lost to the haters. I Love her energy and openness to share her business.. it’s a recent video I needed to see! Much luv 💪🏾.
I love everything about this. I too was minding my business and someone contacted me. I love your story. Being a signing agent sustained me while I was unemployed. I now do this in addition to my full time job. I use it to pay my car note and car insurance. :-)
I came across your video after I watched I felt so inspired to become a Notary. Today I have been commissioned in my State!!!! Next step NSA. Thank you for the inspiration!
I work in the public school system and this sounds good for part time and going during the summer when we are on vacation. I have completed the application, printed it out, and payed online. So, I have began my crawl phase moving towards the goal.
Would I need to take another course or complete another application being that I’m already a notary and have my stamp in the state of FL or do you know? The place I obtained it sell two separate courses for a notary and a signing agent. I’m confused
I am so blessed to find this video. I am truly looking to become a notary within the next month as extra income and I thought that you had to take an exam. So a notary and signing agent are 2 different things from what I researched. Just trying to figure out which path is best.
A signing agent is simply a notary that conducts loan closings. You can register online at www.notary2notary.com for more training on building your notary signing agent business!
@Sachell Dupree Things have changed. To become a Notary, it is now a requirement to pay for training and pass an exam. - In NC, I took a mandatory 6 hour course (mines was 7 hours 👀) & an exam I had to pass with an 80% score or else I'd have to repay/retake it all over again. Once I passed the course, I completed the Notary application at the class. Once approved, I took my Oath & received my Notary Certificate :). - You have to become a Notary 1st to become a Notary Signing Agent. An exam is also required to become an NSA. You must pay $$$ for a background check and your Exam (must also get an 80% score to pass). Get your NSA Certification and you're on your way! 😊 🤗 - There is also the eNotary digital signature and Notary seal also available in some States now too. There is required training ofcourse for that too. No driving necessary.
Appreciate your value. I am a new loan signing agent and have done 1 refinance closing assignment and I'm hooked. Looking forward to doing more loan signings.
WOW I quit my job today and have been praying for a way to make $10 k+ monthly as I embark on my new entrepreneurship journey. God always comes through, thank you for this. I'm in NYC & 21 years old, I definitely want to get started in this field! Did you take your Notary Exam before applying for your Notary license?
In VA we do not have a notary exam but it is important to follow your state's rules for licensing. For more training visit us online at www.notary2notary.com :)
Thank you for the knowledge and inspiration. I can see why you’re so good at what you do. You are joyous, confident and authentic. I subscribed to your channel immediately. I’ll let you know how it goes. Best wishes always.
Your energy is amazing. Watched the entire video. I have been struggling and debating on becoming a notary and this has really helped me made my decision! Thank You! Much love for the video and your advice!
I hope you're a " real person"...you seem knowledgeable about this business, passionate and up front. I've been looking into doing this business for about a year.
I've been looking for something business in real estate and my Realtor recommend me to notary. So I've been looking up information on it. Not knowing your video would be the first one pop up. Also someone that's from my hometown (Richmond,VA). Thanks for all the info and I will be going further into this industry.
Your story is very inspiring.. thank you for sharing and for all the wonderful information you provide!! Here’s to me taking a chance and stepping out on faith! !!!!!!!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I have been a notary for 20 years and stupidly never used it as income supplement. After being interrupted through out the work day notarizing for my co-workers and employers, I had an epiphany. Why am I doing this for free. I then researched how to make money and will be taking a course on how to become a signing agent. This was very helpful for someone starting out!
I thought about this around 2010 but didn’t think it would be profitable. So I never moved for with it. Now I see this vid & think maybe after this pandemic passes.
Leah Invests do it! I def recommend looking up courses you can take to really feel comfortable before you get out there! It’s worth the investment! Good luck to you 💕🙏🏻
Thank you, I was in the Mortgage industry before the crash. I knew that Notary’s made great money as mobile closers. I’m getting back in the industry, but as Notary. Don’t wanna be a mortgage officer need a break from sales. Thank you great content.
Thinking of ways to make money 💰 I looked up the process of becoming a notary in my city if I put my mind to it...ITS POSSIBLE ✨ thank you Queen I have some homework to do.
As a guy who lives in Norfolk that loves to drive, I consider finding your video a blessing and a real-life example of Divine Providence. Thank you 🙏. I want to do this. I think I'd be really good at it, especially since Richmond is just a couple hours away... 🤔
Thanks, I have a friend who recently became a notary and she explaining how she was making so much but I didn't understand. You clarified my confusion. Thanks a million.
I love this! I am super new notary and I am somewhat nervous to start but after watching this video, I am looking forward to building a successful notary signing business. Thank you for this video!
I stumbled across your testimony from another RU-vidr. I was so eager to hear more about this. I've been a stay at home mom for the past 3 years and ready to get back to work. I'm nervous about this new career but willing to take a leap.

I am right there with you. I've had mine since February, and I've done nothing because I'm afraid I'm going to mess up. But "scared money don't make money" and I definitely need to make some money. We got this 😊 #goodluck
