If you guys are Ukrainian passport holders, you can apply for dual citizenship here in PH. Technically your country is at war, therefore here you can use it for refugee status, which eventually can be converted/applied to naturalization without giving up your Ukrainian citizenship. PH is a signatory of the UN refugee law actually. Thanks

One example is the famous vlogger "The Hungry Syrian Wanderer" who became a PH citizen and even his entire family plans to avail of that naturalization including his parents and sister. Even the Russians I believe can avail of that refugee status since technically the war covered both countries in some of the territories.

Learning about your country I realized that Philippines and Ukraine share so much of similarities especially your love of family.All these I learned through your President's social media posting. And because of that I am one of the millions of your President admirers.

I'm Norwegian and have lived here in Philippines since 1998 so you are in a nice country with friendly people here in Philippines.
My friend I was desame I'm filipino but my family is Ukrainian I was onboard the ship when the war started I just ce on board after few months it begin.. I could not sleep couldn't work cause I think of my family in Odessa for 15 years before my daughter was born. I forced my wife to go out from there and after 2 months they went to Warsaw and found shelter but her dad and mom don't want to come cause they already old and they decided to stay they also are Russian and Ukraine her father is Russian and mother is Ukrainian.. After 2 months I ask my wife to apply to Europe country and we applied here in Scotland now just a little 2 years we live here.. All my friends are every where scattered in Europe and north America they also are Filipino and Ukrainian family as we are all seafarers and family leaving in Odessa.. I also know some family who decided to go back to philippines wit all family in manila I hope you'll be ok there and your family ма брати
