How I Changed My Life and Found Myself Again 

I’m 53 and really needed this. I was a stay at home mom for 24 years, found myself divorced at 50 after a 26 year marriage. Now, ending it was probably the first time in my life I did what I needed to do without regard for how anyone else felt. (My kids were fine with it, he ignored us all) I’m now back to being afraid and a bit lost, making sure my decisions are pleasing to everyone else. I will rewatch this many times to get the courage to do what I need, because the first half of my life has been taking care of everyone else and not living the way I need! I donate all my time to everyone and it’s been biting me in the butt. So onward and upward! Hoping you will come back and create, good luck on your new journey! ❤

I just turned 61. I can say from experience that waiting and thinking something or someone will come along is a pipe dream. Because I relaxed and chased nothing from the day I turned 50, which was my mantra at the time, I’ve been completely stagnant for the past 11 years. I’ve traveled less, socialized less, loved less, and haven’t dated at all. You have to put yourself out there for people and opportunities to find you. Don’t be still and wait, you’ll be waiting until you die.

What a wonderful video. I just turned 30 yesterday and am feeling everything you said. I've lived in so much fear and anxiety for most of my life, but in these last three years have finally taken the time to do a lot of work on myself. 2020 was honestly one of the best years of my life in this regard for it was the first time I actually had the TIME to stop and think about things. I realized just how self destructive I had been and how poorly I treated myself. Loving myself and not worrying about what others think has been such a life changing experience. Not worrying about the future, and simply BEING and enjoying this short time that we have been gifted on this beautiful planet. Life will always have ups and downs, but we are so much stronger and more capable than we realize. You are a beautiful human and I am happy that your channel was recommended to me all that time ago. Hi sweetie. Im getting ready to go to Trader Joe's to pick up few Vegan items. Yes, today marks 3wks 4days following a lifestyle of a Proper Vegan.
