Pint's the best accessory for that car man lol. I let my apartment know they qualify for $2500 tax credit if they install one from the local utility at my complex and they had someone install a lv2 charger for me. don't even charge me for the electricity. Before that i'd charge at the free lvl 2 chargers at work and float around or back home depending on how long it took. Really isn't that hard to manage Tesla's w/o home charging in my experience. I only had it like that for 3 months in the summer, though.
you could get your condo to split the install with you for a plug at your stall and if the rules say electric is included in the fees just get the charging included in the monthly fees
Unfortunately our electricity is paid separate from the condo fees so can't tap into their system easily without a monitor, definitely trying to get them to take the brunt of the cost though 😋
