@@terenarosa4790 Meh, I honestly didn't notice much of a difference for me. However, I realized a few months later my IUD was actually causing my acne so it was much deeper rooted than just using a supplement to regulate my hormones. I was prescribed Spironolactone, Tretinoin and Aczone (dapsone) really helped me after I had the IUD removed though. My skin is clearer than ever now but I am working on removing some hyperpigmentation. I know its not "natural" but honestly I was so desperate

Today is day 3 that I have been using it and my skin has been clearing up.. My skin has been off on the fritz recently. The Halo Beauty has definitely made the difference. Love your natural hair! I’ve been taking Chlorophyll for about 2 1/2 years now and love it! I had huge problems with sweats and order and it cleared up my order in like two weeks. I haven’t heard about the skin supplement only her hair one so I will have to look into that!

Idk why you'd do anything to your hair at all. That natural look 😍 💓 And you're incredibly generous to plug another product before the one that made the big difference.
I've always wanted to try Halo. Looking at the ingredients, it makes sense why it would help. A few of them are androgen blockers (I learned recently that this hormone is a main culprit for acne!). I've been taking multiple supplements to help, but it'd be great to switch to one. Also, your makeup looks amazing!!

I've heard a probiotic that isn't shelf-stable and has to be kept in the fridge actually wouldn't survive the harsh acidic environment of the stomach. So they're actually not very effective.

I recommend the seed brand of probiotics! they also have a subscription service to limit waste and I've seen a difference in digestion since taking them!

I’m super picky with probiotics and I really love the Garden of Life Raw Probiotics for Women! I buy them refrigerated at The Vitamin Shoppe. They sell them at Whole Foods too, but I think they’re more expensive there. The ONLY downside is that they’re hard to travel with since they need to be refrigerated. Other than that, they’re awesome!

Courtney Huffman honestly immediately saw results, but I’ve been on it now since last September and I’ve had hardly any breakouts except for right before my period
Alison Reed I would say so!! My skin was def doing a lot better but then I had to go back to work (which means makeup and a mask the whole day) so that’s been affecting it. But I still think it’s helped for sure, I actually just signed up for the monthly subscription.
Try the brand new chapter, its vegan and their supplements are amazing, especially the probiotic one. I think they have the brand at whole foods, if not then online!
I have such a similar story to you! Never had a seriously breakout my entire life. I’d get a little one here or there around my period but never struggled with it until 2016 after having the Mirena IUD. I started taking Balance by Alani Nu about a year ago and it worked so well for me until quarantine. I don’t think any supplements can balance out the stress and being out of my routine 😩
First company mentioned got a young woman to the hospital she had to get a liver transplantation. Just wanted to mention that, though it was important.
Sucks halo beauty isnt a company anymore? What do you use now? I thought halo beauty went out of business but when I click the link it still works 🤷♀️ The other vitamins you suggested such as hermonious is $35 for a 10 day supply. So over $100 for a month supply for one vitamin. I guess if it works but not cheap considering you still have other vitamins that you’ll need to take.

Why ask a Dr. they don't know anything about these things, hormones, etc. Years ago trying to get some progesterone (natural) for my then menopause, no Pharmaceutical Dr. has got a clue.
