Good tips and info here. I’ve definitely noticed a huge difference in my hill stamina and ability by allowing that little “heel kiss”. Really saves the calves and recovery is way quicker.

I need to collect data on 5k times for my math class. I’m trying to determine if there is a correlation between height and running time. Could anyone comment their 5k time and height? Thanks
Yep depends on workout but start with something runnable 5-8%. Length will depend on your workout! In this one, the longest you'll go UP for at any one time is 1 minute.

Ok just did my first ever hill repeats. Luckily living in Switzerland makes it easy finding a hill right on your door step. Thanks for the great video. Would have loved to „take you with me“ via head phones and app, but I never run with my phone and your app does unfortunately not run on the Apple Watch 😔 (unless I missed something). Thanks guys.
