I know this video is 2 years old but you are the first person I’ve seen with the same hair type and close to the same length as mine. I just ordered my beachwaver but was having doubts until I saw this. LOVE how your curls turned out. This gives me hope!

It is hands down the BEST hair tool I’ve ever bought, I still use it to this day! So so worth the money! Ever since I cut my hair, I don’t part it at all anymore, but still curl back to front. I might try front to back next time! Lol

Bought for my daughter! Ty for the help! Used it today & won’t lie I was first terrified of it. The curls are looser than reg curling iron. Is there a way to make them tighter w the waver?

You can exchange it for a smaller barrel, but I find that this does create more of a “beach wave” type of curl. Hope this helps ❤️

Do you still have this exact curling iron? I see the video was filmed a year ago, so I'm curious how it has held up for you? Have you had to replace it since then? It looks like a great tool! Also, how did you decide what size barrel to get?

I still have it and it still works perfectly! It is absolutely the best hair tool I’ve ever used! Anytime I curl my hair this is the only thing I’ll use. I decided on the 1.25 inch because my hair was pretty long at the time, but even now after I cut my hair, I still use the 1.25 inch and it gives me nice loose curls. I’d say choose the barrel sized based on how tight you want your curls, the smaller the barrel, the tighter the curls😇 I hope this helped! ❤️

Do you recommend the one inch or 1.25 inch barrel?

It depends on your hair length and how tight you want your curls! The shorter your hair, the smaller barrel you can use. And the smaller barrel is, the tighter your curls will be! 💕

What would you consider your hair type to be? Is it fine, medium, thick?

I’d say it’s medium-thick, naturally wavy but if it gets long enough it’s straight cause it’s so heavy I guess 😂

My hair is pretty thick and heavy but they last most of the night, I’ll usually wake up with my hair still pretty curly from the night before!
