How I deal with sick days and other unexpected schedule changes | Answering Viewer Questions 

I got this great question from a viewer: how can she deal with sudden changes to her schedule? For example a sick kid or a changed appointment.
This is one of the key problems in Productivity. And not just for moms with sick kids -- I struggled with this when I was young and wanted the flexibility to accept last minute invites to the beach.
