It is true; You'll spend your 20's exploring yourself, unlearning and deprogramming a lot of what people have told you or taught you. Great video as always, Seve :D

Outstanding video Seve! When I was a young man I grew up in a difficult home and was highly introverted. Others scared me because I was so used to being yelled at for any imperfection. That started to change in my 40s. I finally figured out I was a people person. Now at 69 years, if I go to a party I’M THE ONE walking up and saying, “Hi, My name is Mike, how the f-k are you!” This generally gets a laugh and breaks through any barriers. People are fun and if you get them talking about something they enjoy talking about you don’t have to worry about awkward conversations. If the person is boring, just move on.

Great video Seve! Sometimes this comes into my mind over the past few years and again recently. But you know a lot of those things I didn’t feel bad for doing or not doing, I was just neutral until someone told to feel bad for not doing a certain thing. For example, not being a good student and putting more effort when, I was younger. A book a finished reading was Solving the Procrastination Puzzle by Tim Pychel. I liked the one tip at the end for having self- forgiveness for procrastination. Not so much when, I got older but when, I was younger. I either tried to live up to people’s expectations and when I couldn’t they would be disappointed so, I would mentally shutdown. Or not being patient enough and wanting instant gratification and giving up. However, I try and tell myself that I didn’t have the proper support or maybe some of the tools I needed and not patient enough. But also, taking responsibility saying it is what it is. I let the negative voices of others and myself win. Time was wasted but it doesn’t have to be like that going forward.

Yeah sometimes we are our own worst enemies, I really feel like this. That's exactly why I added the chapter at the end of the video about self-acceptance. I believe self-forgiveness is so important in order to live a happy life because we all do mistakes. I don't think the amount of fails matter but how you handle them. Thanks for the comment and sharing this! 🌱

Love the clip of Scott Pilgrim, great film 😂 I’m the same with liking too much things, especially music 😂 I listen to all sorts, produced trance and house music, played bass in an indie rock band and a metal band, and also listen to acoustic and classical music that happens to like 70 s and 80 s music 😂

En esim. keskustelutilanteessa halua puhua kyseisistä henkilökohtaisista syistä, koska usein vegaanin ennakkoasenne on jo valmiiksi niin tuomitseva, etten halua kertoa sellaiselle ihmiselle omista vaikeista kokemuksista.

@@SunnyKindJourney Kiitos kun vastasit! Mä kasvatan itse paljon ruokaa palstalla ja suvun mökillä. Olen opetellut hyödyntämään mahdollisimman tehokkaasti sellaista, mitä voin itse kasvattaa. Tästä hyvänä esimerkkinä talvikurpitsa. Olen kokeillut käyttää sitä moneen ruokaan, esim. kurpitsa-suppilovahveropiirakka, kurpitsa-kookoskeitto, kurpitsa-fetapasta jne. Kun kerron ihmisille näistä resepteistä, siinä samalla vaivihkaa promoan kasvispainotteisempaa ruokavaliota, tekemättä siitä pääasiaa. Uskon, että ruoan kohdalla ihmisiin on helpointa vedota keskittymällä makuelämyksiin. Nooh, tämähän vegaanius oli vain sivuseikka. videollasi. Täytyy katsoa vielä uudestaan, jotta opin jotain noista ajatusvääristymistä vielä lisää. Otin kuvakaappauksen tuon kirjaesittelyn kohdalla. :)

@@v_hovila Loistavaa, tuota kohti itsekin pyrin mennä! Itse kävin just kanssa eilen sienimetsällä 🍄 Ja joo ruoanlaiton kautta puhuminen on kyllä loistava tapa tutustuttaa muita uusiin ajatuksiin ja elämyksiin! 🙌🏼

Heyy! I would say The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*** by Mark Manson is a great starting point mentally to kind of reset the situation. For the one after that, I'm sure my creator friend www.youtube.com/@ronaldfoks has some great suggestions for you as he is very specialized in this. Keep it up! 💪
