Hey my loves!!! Thanksgiving is SUCH a special holiday for my family and I! We always celebrate by making our fav Turkey recipe (in full glam of course!), and just getting together for dinner as a family to reflect and express gratitude to all the things in life we are blessed with. @assyriannahrin Thanksgiving is actually insulting given the history of what unfolded after. My ancestors are close to the Natives who had 90% of their population wiped out and their land stolen. For someone like Huda who claims to stand against the present day genocide of the Palestinians to blindly celebrate such a holiday is ridiculous. You either support genocide or you don't. As Muslims we also have no business celebrating non Muslim holidays and I say this as a revert, not a born Muslim like Huda who should know better, may Allah swt guide her.

Huda I have loved this vlog especially dressing the table I chose exactly the same colour scheme as you. Hand on heart I should have the word organised as my middle name. In your Facebook reality show you said that you don’t know how to cook, but I see all these amazing recipes on your vlogs. I guess you’re like me.
