I can speak for the "Play 1s" tip. Honestly I don't give a damn about my 1s rank, but I find that when I start my session off with a couple 1s games, when I finally get to my 2s and 3s games it just feels like I see the ball and the play way better.
About the psychology thing with peak time I noticed for me personally when I was out climbing on the same or previous day I play 100x times better than I normally do. my basics skyrocket and I pop off like I've never done before but the same counts for the opposite if I was playing minecraft for the past week all day and didn't even see sunlight my basics go back to potato mode and same with everything else
Questions for ya good sir, is playing out 3v3s with randoms not really worth doing? Or maybe at what point is it not effective anymore and best to have regular tm8s? Until then is it better to just do 1s and 2s?
More time on the ball= more improvement in my opinion. Solo queue is good for adaptability. But pros don’t play 3s cause they want to follow their playstyle with their team. I think 1s and 2s are better for improvement
I can't play 1s, everytime I play I always make so many mistakes on that specific game mode and I get super tilted when I get scored on because of it, I'm C2 in 2s, unranked in 3s and D1 in 1s
Is this a good warmup? I practice recoveries in freeplay then I do a rings map, next I do cocos aim trainer and then some random goalie training pack and aerial pack and then ground play in freeplay
i dont know why but im Low Champ/High diamond but i didnt play 1s ranked so im Low plat there and im just too Bad at 1s that i Can easily lose against a plat.
