I think creating a book would have great value in long term. People may just see your work regularly if you leave a copy in a public space like waiting rooms etc

Hey Sean, I have a question about photography books specifically. How do you decide what photos to add to it? For example, you take photos for a brand that you personally love, can you add those? Or are you adding only photos you took "for yourself"?

If you’re in a foreign country, on visa, visiting; how you setup as a business ? Don’t they expect you to have a business license , pay income tax? I’m wanting to travel and photography as well but I’m. It sure of the structure and how tax structures work

If you’re in a foreign country you should definitely look into the local laws if you want to operate as a photographer. Some countries it’s very difficult if not impossible if you’re not a citizen or resident, but others do have visas available. However, generally speaking it’s common practice to do jobs here are there on a tourist visa. But I wouldn’t set up base somewhere and just work locally without a proper visa.

Digital work is legal as long as you’re not working with Indonesian companies. In regards to photo jobs, there are business visas available. I have a business registered in Indonesia and the process wasn’t overly difficult to set it up.

Hey Jennifer, thank you! And great question. I personally don’t think NFTs are worth focusing on right now. Time is valuable and client work will give you the most bang for your buck early on.
