*Note** This is my own personal routine using products that work well for me :) They may or may not be the best choice for you, but you can use them as a guide of where to start. *For the keyboard warrior's* I'm well aware of some people's issues with 'perfumed exfoliating scrubs' but my face hasn't fallen off - and as someone with acne prone skin and rosacea, I stick with what works for ME - which these do! Much like crepey skin, your unsolicited, high-horse opinions are not wanted or appreciated. Thanks though. 😊

Eating all essential amino acid is what helps the skin and created collagen. Collagen powders dont.

@@GuidetteExpert that's very true. The one I use contains 18 essential amino acids such as tyrosine, serine, proline, lysine, glutamic acid, etc. I've noticed a real difference in my hair, skin, joints and nails since I started using - which is all I really want from a supplement :)

You can do a celery juice with moringa powder in, Moringa is packed of loads of vitamins and helps get rid of arthritis and give it to your dog to prevent getting sick. Never give your dog kibble give it brown rice, buckwheat or sweet potato instead with human-grade tin meat.

Great information. Because of your suggestion looked at you micorneedling videos. In one I viewed, your under eyes had more bags and puffiness, and now they are amazing! Whats the biggest game changers for that area with all your experience? Thank you:

Great information here, TJ. I've been testing City Beauty's Crepe Balm in the group and will be putting up my 2-month after pictures in a few more weeks. If I don't see any difference, I'm going to try a couple of the products you've suggested. And I love that most of them are at a reasonable price.

I love your videos and your entire channel! Thank you for reviewing all this beauty and anti aging stuff and putting it out there for us all to learn from!!! Can you tell me which of the products that you listed do you use during the microneedling process, so not before or after but what you have on the skin while you are using the pen please? I will buy it from your amazon pg for sure. Thank you again!

My diet is a big sticking point for me. I eat too much fat and sugar, but in spite of that I have made some amazing progress on my skin. I need to lose weight and exercise more. I do take a daily multivitamin and some extra vitamin c. Skin can't be as beautiful if it is undernourished. I love my Dr. Pen. I use it every month or so at a needle length of 0.75mm to 1.5mm depending on the area of my face. I have acne scarring that requires a longer needle length. I throw in an occasional treatment with my Mini HIFU. Daily I apply a diy ascorbic acid solution to my face, which I store in the refrigerator to keep it from oxidizing. I also just starting using kojic acid soap, and an oil free moisturizer (Neutrogena) with turmeric for even more protection from hyperpigmentation. I wanted to give Differin (adapalene) a try, so I had to give up the strong glycolic acid wipes I was using. They worked extremely well at giving me smooth skin and controlling my acne, but adapalene and glycolic acid together will burn my face off. If I am forced into the sun for any significant length of time I use spf 100. My skin always looks it's best when it is slightly crispy, either from adapalene or glycolic acid, but these strong actives make my skin more sensitive to the sun. My husband says I have "glowey" skin. I am almost 50.

TJ - the exfoliating product has pore clogging sodium laureth/laurel sulfate. You are doing more harm than good with this. ❤️

do you think the Rf in the HIFU mini would suffice enough? or do you recommend the RF device you have used from the beginning (the one in this video)? I was going to buy the Hifu mini just for the RF and having the option of EMS should i find myself brave enough (or should microcurrent (I use clareblend) not tighten up skin around the jowls good enough)

Thank you Michelle R. I stick with 0.25mm for cosmetic microneedling. Just deep enough to help product absorption, but not so deep that it disrupts fresh collagen growth from past deeper needling. :)

Could you tell me if the ingredient list on the Neutrogena products in London are different than what we would get in the states? I the US allows things to be used in our products that many other countries do not. Thanks for your great content. 🥰

I come from re-watching your microneedle patches. I ordered some from a German company after finding the Acropass out of stock :( I already tried them a while back and love them! I just have a question I can't find an answer anywhere: what type of aftercare do I need to do if I'm going to apply them twice a week? I have a routine that includes a mild retinol once a week and a weekly peel. I was wondering if the aftercare is similar to an actual microneedle treatment eventhough the patches seem less invasive / deep. What's your advice?

Thank you so much for this video. Crappie skin on my neck started to bother me. We can't do RF, microcurrent or HiFu on the middle part of the neck. So what's left to treat crappie skin on the neck? Creams and microneedling?
