Great video! I had no idea the first 4 hours are randomized in that way. The main "catch" I see on Product Hunt is that it tends to attract other indie hackers, I think it's amazing if you can target them, like in your case :) my first launch there went quite bad, no negative comments but I only got a bunch of spammers and other people asking for upvotes. In part I think that happened because my product was not for the avg user that hangs out on PH. Anyway, I'll launch soon something that can interest indie hackers and I'll follow your guidelines, let's see :D

I love your videos but since your market is developers, you have a biais toward launching on producthunt and twitter, while most solopreneurs really shouldn't focus on these things. Maybe you could interview other solopreneurs so we could learn other ways?
Things like cold email, affiliates, influencer marketing, ads... are way more valuable than building a twitter audience if your clients are not devs (which is the case for most of us)
