You know since I stopped scrolling or even using my phone first thing after waking up, I have been feeling so much better in the morning. I am at my best at that time. Focused and productive. I guess this small change brought so much change in me.

Hi Ania, your channel has been a great help in reminding me that I'm not alone in my journey as a freelance graphic designer. Hey Ania, your videos really inspired me😍 I’ve decided to take control of my life after feeling regretful about not making the most of my time in high school (I just graduated). I don't want to fall behind and want to make the most of the opportunities I've been given. Also, the part when she recommended to write letters to your future self? I'll tell you one even better Record a video of yourself. Talk about your current problems, how you feel about yourself. Then imagine yourself in 6 months and tell that to the camera. Tell all your goals for upcoming months and save the video. When you watch it after few months, you can see yourself changing and then, you can work accordingly towards yourself.
I know the feeling, it is also super hard to balance other parts of your life. But it is possible with just a little bit of a change in mindset and creating the space for you to do the thing that you want to do :)
