Bro I'm a a backend developer in a startup company, is it possible for me to get a job because I have startup experience? That too at this time? I heard through instagram that some German employers are laying off their employees, and also that you can only get a job if you study there, is this true? plz reply
1. Yes it is possible to get a job. Startup experience is also an experience... 2. At this time fewer companies are recruiting than before but they still are. I still get a lot of job opportunities on linkedin just like i used to get when i was new here. 3. Layoffs generally happen in probation period and that is german normal because once u r permanent it is really hard for the recruiter to remove you. And they already have good estimation of the ongoing bad times as of now ... So if they are recruiting they are doing to keep you. 4. I got a job when i was in india... Hope you watched my video 😅
