Awesome video! When applying from India, does it make sense to apply for jobs that do NOT explicitly mention that they're sponsoring visas? Will they reject the application quoting they're not sponsoring visas? I could not find a single job that mentioned visa sponsorship on LinkedIn or on other platforms like Stepstone.
Hey! I just heard you mention you were interviewing with a lot of companies. I do not see any companies that sponsor visa in linkedIn, stepstone, etc. Not even one. So, when you were applying from India, were you also applying for companies that did not sponsor visas? And when you did, did they get back to you and move forward with your application?
