How do slows work in Brawl Stars? Do they slow in percentages or absolute values? If so, how much? Are all slows in the game the same (not including gears)?

different slows have different values. like some slow more than others, and some slow longer than others.

Half of my favorite brawlers are C tier and below. Tara, frank, colt, and mortis to name a few. I still feel like tara and colt are viable, but frank and mortis keep getting harder to use.
