Hey guys it’s Jenna Davis! I am a 18-year-old actress living in Los Angeles! You may have seen me on Disney Channel’s Raven’s Home as Sienna (the girl with the crazy hair and adorable pug) & on Brat’s Chicken Girls, Netflix’s Treehouse Detectives, & more! Acting is definitely not an easy or even promising career to pursue. I pursued acting in my early childhood and went on several auditions. I usually only went as far as some small roles or being an extra. That's it. 1 audition example, I auditioned to play Drew on Everybody hates Chris. The reason why I believe I didn't get that role was because I was too young. Especially compared to the rest of the cast.

please make more videos of your experience with Disney I actually auditioned ( I am 12 years old) I did it when I was 11 and they said I have a beautiful smile and so I got accepted to do another audition and I couldn't do it because if I did get it, I would have to pay 1000 dollars and we couldn't afford it. 🥺 So I probably might have to audition next time😔. Very informative. I am an actor / martial arts stunt performer. Casting directors cast other projects beside the one you are auditioning for, so it can also be about being willing. For instance I am a big guy, in good shape, one audition I went in, we were all laughing having a good time, it went well. At the end the casting director said she loved my hair it was a good look for me, but asked me if I was willing to shave my head ( I had long black hair tied in a pony tail). Any dude with long hair, kind of loves his hair if you know what I mean, however I smiled and said sure (screaming NOOOOOOO! On the inside. Do you know how long it took to grow it this long? ). A day later Thursday, I got an email with a script on asking if I could be on set for the following Monday. Totally confused I called the contact number and asked them if they didn't mix me up with someone else, as I had not auditioned for the part. I did not want to show up and have them ask who the heck I was. She laughed said it was all good, she was the CD from the other day, an actor had to drop out last minute. I asked her what I would be reading as they did not send audition sides, they had sent me the whole script. (I thought it was a call back ) it wasn't a call back I had the part as a biker. I showed up, they shaved my head and painted on a bunch of tattoo's. So ya never know. 😁👍

Sad thing is that I almost worked on Nickelodeon, and still want to be an actor... also a soccer player, but I don't have so much self esteem... at least for my face or voice, wether is recorded by a phone or microphone, that's why I couldn't nail the Nick audition, rn I made a book that I want that becomes a movie so I can play it, but still need to accept myself 🥺😔
