I got Diagnosed with pcos at 19 years old, I was told I would never be able to have kids. I am 20 years old & just found out I am pregnant on July 5th , 2021 I’m so scared to have a miscarriage because of pcos! & I keep praying to God that I have a health pregnancy , & do not have any problems 😩

Congratulations!!! I know it can be so scary and so stressful because you already care and love this baby so much but take it day by day. If i could rewind time, I’d tell myself to just relax because my anxiety got realllllly bad.

Thank you for this content! I got pregnant naturally with PCOS from similar things such as exercising and fasting some days. Avocados, fruits,veggies, beans is some good stuff. The fasting works for controlling your insulin. Also consuming Less and less sugar each day is great too. If you wanna fast eat a good meal around 6am and then at 6 pm!😊

Very interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

As a dietitian, just letting others know, don't go on keto without seeing a fertility specialist. It actually has no evidence to be helpful in fertility

10000% agreed on seeing your doc first!! Although, I believe it has helped me because it balanced my blood sugar which allowed me to get pregnant.

I did before I got pregnant! I have a video of supplements I took that I believed helped to bring my period back. I didn’t have a period for I think 8 months if not longer. I can’t really remember since it was like 3 years ago. I went on the keto diet, strength trainingand yoga for exercise and I was taking Ovasitol! Hi i m glad that i m n right place now.. I m trying to conveive now.. I wanna ask one thing that how was ur periods before u get pregnant?.. And how much long cycles u hav?.. Then the cycle before u know pregnant is normal cycle Or how many months u had normal periods cycle?... I have started everything as u told.. Just I wanna confirm that if I do this seriuosly can i able to get pregnant or not.. Help me.. Plz

I had about i think 4-5 regular cycles before I got pregnant but I had no period prior to that for about a year. Everyones body is different so what worked for me, I pray works for you as well. I would suggest seeing an endocrinologist because she was the one who helped me figure out my hormones and what to do so getting to the root of your imbalances would be a good first step.

What age is impossible to get pregnant

Once you’ve gone through menopause, you can no longer get pregnant naturally but I don’t think there’s an age where it’s “impossible” per say but there are more risks to being pregnant as you get older. Definitely consult with a doctor because they’ll be able to run tests and give you the pros and cons of conceiving if that’s something you’re worried about!

It took us over a year to get pregnant. My doctor told me that getting pregnant naturally wasn’t going to be an option for us so I kind of just brushed it to the back of my mind and really focused on making my body really healthy and being in a good mental state!

Do your periods stopped once you stop taking ovasitol ? How are your periods now ?

I haven’t stopped taking Ovasitol and i haven’t had a period since I gave birth to my first. I got pregnant again 8 months post partum and now I’m 4 months post partum and haven’t gotten my period yet but I’m still taking Ovasitol so we’ll see!

@@Bbslilbites thank you for responding. I am just afraid that ovasitol will make your body used to it and if you stop taking you won’t be able to have periods on your own . Also , do you think it decreases the egg quantity as it makes your body ovulate , some say it is like natural clomid but I know clomid decreases egg reserves. Also, how long did you breastfeed with first and second child ? Also, what vitamins / supplements do you now take except ovasitol ?

I’ve read that it could aid in weight loss because it can help curb cravings as well as lowering your blood sugar! For me I drank it to help lower my blood sugar since I’m insulin resistant but I was weight lifting as well as dieting when I drank the ACV and I can say that was the most fit I’ve ever been before I got pregnant!

Yep, no matter if you’ve been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

2x a day! It comes with a scoop inside the powder so I just do one scoop in the morning and one scoop before bed!

Yes and yes! I’m almost 33 weeks right now and haven’t stopped taking it. I only do 1 scoop per day when pregnant and then 1 scoop 2x per day when I’m not pregnant (that’s the dosage on the package)
