Hi, I just saw your video, I didn't know you had a RU-vid channel. It's been over 6 years now since I've spoken to you. I just want to thank God for his grace that he sent you to help me. Thanks again, you are a great person. May God continue to bless and protect you. My baby is 6 years old now. I hope you will remember me. Thanks 🙏🏽❤
Started following you about 5 yrs ago, before I even met my Fiance but I knew in my heart I was meant to have a family, even though women in my family have had so many issues with contraception that none of them have been able to carry out to full-term. I never knew I'd be able to but following your suggestions, I now have a healthy, spunky, beautiful 3 yr old lil girl... came here to say THANK YOU & encourage everyone to NOT give up on your dreams & prayers. Much Love to All. 💞
Ooooh Lena.... thank you for taking the time to come back here and share this! That is so wonderful to read, what an incredibly loved girl she must be :) Thanks for encouraging others here as well that are still waiting for their miracle.
@@FertilityHomeopath Hi Ingle Fleur! Which program would be best for someone trying to lengthen their luteal cycle? I am not TTC, but I have a really short cycle and would really like to improve it. Thanks!
@@melissapiontek3886 you can definitely look into the Fertility Reclaim as it teaches you to interpret your charts & monitor improvements in your hormone balance + how to detox past use of synthetic hormones & plastics which are usually responsible for an estrogen/progesterone imbalance as you see with a short(er) luteal phase.
I'm 40 and people tell me I am too old to have a baby. It is difficult for me to hear that as I have always dreamed of having a family with the right person.
You’re not too old. You must be wise, though. Only share your desires with people who will treat them as sacred. I know a 40 year old who had two babies naturally back to back. One at 40 and the other at 41. I also know someone who didn’t want kids. She and her husband had been married for 20 years. They ended up pregnant (naturally) at age 42. All these babies are healthy lil girls. Funny, sophisticated, little girls. You prepare to be a wife and mother.
@@mg679mirth9 Thank you! That makes me feel better. I want to find the right person to have a family with. I eat healthy, exercise, do yoga, biking, taking care of myself and have regular periods. I feel better to hear other people's journey and know I am not alone.
Omigosh Ingefleur! I got a notification from you after so long! Started watching you when we were TTC with our first in 2019. Here we are.. my first is 2 yo.. pregnant with our 2nd due in July!
@zaramariam7410 take fulvic acid. I have read so much on folic acid and it's not that hood for your body like doctors have been saying but I have listened to alot of doctors that have been silenced or decades and said stay away from folic acid.i didn't take it in my 1st pregnancy as i ar very well and I was a smoker and had a healthy 21 yr old boy now. I quit smoking once I found out I was pregnant. I smoke organic tobacco which has nicotine in it and most of our vegetables have nicotine in it. Listen to holistic and good doctors that know about these things
I know a few women who were smokers when they got pregnant and continue to smoke through the pregnancy. Terrible I know, but they had successful pregnancies with no complications.
Of course it’s possible (not heathy, but possible), however it sounds like she’s speaking to couples who are having issues getting pregnant so smoking should go to improve chances.
This is exactly what I am feeling from my fertility treatment that the way the hormones are being administered for me to get the eggs for embryo transfer are causing short circles and as you say the egg is not well matured.
Majority of eastern women (which is what I am) don't have fertility issues, and I have been wondering why. Not a single woman from my tribe got a miscarriage. And when i look at theirs and other middle eastern women's habits, what i saw was these consistent main themes: 1.They aren't career pursuers, they work with jobs that require less stress or don't work at all 2.They eat everything and lots of it, meat, veggies, fat, fruits, sugars, middle easterners love food and will only diet if their doctor tells them to 3.They do not exercise, only walk, swim, bike, dance, and they dont stick to an exercise schedule firmly. And with all these things in mind, we are talking women who had 8 kids, 4 kids, etc, in their 20s, 30s and 40s. How can this be? Could it maybe be that what women in the west are prescribed or encouraged to do is in direct conflict with their fertility? It certainly seems to be that way empirically speaking
So happy to finally read a comment like this! I definitely believe the western way of life is destroying many women and impact severely their fertility. From stressful jobs as you said, bad quality food because they don't have time anymore to cook themselves. This so called feminism and call for equality is really not an advantage for women and it is time to face it. That said it doesn't mean that none of the eastern women or men have problems but it is betterly adressed
You are speaking from the perspective of your tribe, which likely isn’t very genetically diverse. Also, people in the East stereotypically don’t share personal details like miscarriage or fertility struggles openly. Just bc you aren’t aware of fertility struggles in your community, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen.
@@radiant2052 that may be the case. Well I think it extends beyond my tribe, because the culture treats women with fertility issues like freaks who don't "deserve more" than a man who has already been married, which would be an odd prejudice had fertility problems not been so unusual to them
@@mz3735 if they treat people who have fertility problems badly, people definitely aren’t being truthful. Most miscarriages happen in the first trimester before a woman starts showing or even shares that she is pregnant. It is likely happening and people are keeping there mouths shut to prevent community judgement and ostracism.
I definitely feel like we've gotten away from what works with our bodies, demanding lifestyles and poor nutrition. I don't know which area you're from exactly, but I do notice I am getting a lot of patients from Saudi and UAE with unexplained infertility and PCOS type issues with lots of early fertility treatments (that often weren't needed). I was also wondering about the extent to which infertility and miscarriages are even less discussed potentially. Really interesting to read all of your thoughts here.
Fleur thank you so much! I was okay healthy and started watching your videos before conception. We got pregnant in the 2nd cycle. I now have a healthy 3 y.o. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤
I started watching two videos from this author, and both times within 5 minutes I completely lost any desire to have children. These talks about the quality of eggs induce depression and panic, but isn’t a positive mindset one of the main factors for a successful pregnancy and childbirth?😢
🎉 *Prep for Baby* is now open! Prep for Baby contains ALL the basic elements I think a couple should have covered to make their trying to conceive journey shorter and give the pregnancy and their baby the best start possible. *INCLUDING Heavy metals detoxing.* _That means that YES, this program is ALSO for those that have been trying for a while, because if you haven’t covered the basics I have identified as essential to prepare for a pregnancy, it’s time to go back to the basics._ *Read more & sign up here:* ingefleur.kartra.com/page/prepforbaby
I take a few things and for the last 5 years detoxing heavy metals. I do take zeolite as it's natural but what do you think about taking it while trying to get pregnant. I stopped detoxing for parasites says about not taking it while pregnant but do you think it's ok to take it while I'm trying to get pregnant
Regarding vitamin C. Anytime I'm sick & take vitamin C supplements it always caused my period to arrive early. I did some research & discovered high dose ascorbic acid can induce a period & can also induce miscarriage. Knowing how it affects my periods I definitely see ascorbic acid as a possible miscarriage inducer for me. Best to only recommend natural sources of vit. C via food.
There is no good research out there in this topic. There is some anecdotal and there is a lot of parroting of a very old tiny sample experiment from a doctor that has absolutely no information on dosages and the cases of these women. There is much more research in the benefits of vitamin C especially on progesterone. I do have a theory on the ascorbic acid though. Since it affects the digestive system and people tend more towards diarrhea, I could see it causing contractions of the uterus too. This and other reasons is why I recommend magnesium or calciumascorbate instead. Miscarriages induced by taking high amounts is always insane amounts taken ever 30-60 minutes which I would never advice anyway. As for your personal case, there could be lots of reasons this is your experience but I'd always listen to your own body. Keep in mind being sick makes your body produce stress hormones at the expense of progesterone which would shorten your cycle and bring on an earlier period. I'd stay away from ascorbic acid anyway as mentioned above and try magnesium or calciumascorbate next time instead or consider echinacea next time you're unwell and are looking for support or your immune system.
It's impossible to say without taking your case, and even then... how would we know. But, care for your eggs, have your man care for his sperm, and if you still ovulate make sure to make use of your fertile window and you'll ALWAYS have a chance. I'd start with homeopathic detoxing of the fertility drugs though and a heavy metals detox: ingefleur.kartra.com/page/the-fertility-reclaim
I'm 42. My only child is 19. I just had an ectopic pregnancy after years of not getting pregnant. How do I conceive again and avoid an ectopic. They removed part of my right tube and I'm devastated. I finally got pregnant and they had to take the baby. What do you suggest?
I saw your video now. I'm from India. We are lost our only child at the age of 13. Now we are decided to conceive second child. My age 42 and husband at 45. We tested my AMH .8 Weather it is possible to conceive a child. Please respond ma'am.
Oh sweet lovely, my heart goes out to you. 13 years that is heart breaking momma. Big hug to you. I don't know if you can still conceive but I do know you should include grieving in your plan because not allowing yourself to grieve over this loss will impact your chance for sure.
I was wondering how can I get pregnant with Graves Disease….. I had a miscarriage last April before I found out it was due to Graves…. Doctor told me I could start trying and even doe it wasn’t plan I had tried for years prior and was unsuccessful until now. Please help am 43 and been trying since October
Wow I had the same problem got pregnant in 2020 miscarriage at 6week. Still trying to get pregnant to this day.. keep the faith we got this im 38yr old and im not giving up
My husband (26) and I (28) have been trying for 9 cycles, not a single positive test in sight. We don’t smoke or drink. My cycle is super regular and I ovulate every month. My husband’s SA is very good (apart from slightly abnormal PH). We hit all the right days every month. My doctor suspects I have endo, but that’s about it. The only progress I have seen taking supplements in the last months is that I stopped having PMDD and that my luteal phase is getting longer. Trying to hold unto hope but I am getting more depressed every month.
Stop trying so hard. It will happen when you least expect it. We tried for 9 months and nothing, i got pregnant 2 weeks after starting a diet and were together just one time and didnt stress about it. I was 35 that time, so it can happen to you too, just dont stress yourself😊
That is definitely hard Nelly, when there are no clear indications of what may be the reason. I don't have the answer for you either, when meet couples like you, I go through their case history and family history to find out where the fertility hurdles are exactly. Sometimes a simple heavy metals detox does the trick, so that is worth trying if you check out my program. Other than that I'd have to take you case to play detective with you. There ALWAYS is a reason, sometimes it's just not as obvious and doesn't get picked up on in the usually short consultations with fertility specialists.
Hi, I have PMDD too. Apparently, a decent amount of us have non celiac gluten sensitivity. Mine went under the radar and I didn't realize it for about a year. I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and 2 chemical pregnancies in the span of 6 months. After I went gluten free, I saw a HUGE improvement in my digestion system and 3 months later I was finally was able to conceive! I just heard the heart beat and everything is measuring great. It fully believe taking probiotics and cutting out gluten/ reducing inflammation and leaky gut helped me. Good luck though! Don't give up hope at all.
I was trying IVF when I was 45 with AMH 0,99. Both times the embryos grew in lab for 4 days and died. The doctor said it’s genetics. Though another fertility doctor said that the second time the fertilised embryo could be placed inside my womb to try how it will grow natural environment. I didn’t try third time… now my AMH is 0,30. I am 48, regular cycles with no problems no endo just few uterine fibroids (myomes), but I was told that they don’t make harm this time. Not sure if I can get pregnant at my age so far and how to prolong the longevity of my ovarian (in my family women get menopause quite late but most of them have children).
I m 40 years old in november, last year I m was 39 years early miss my menstration I m have menupauze PCOS can t have childeren says my doctor not enoug eggs any help or advice how to get pregnant and what chances can be taken.?
I'm 43. I just had an HSG and found that my lefty fallopian is blocked and I have A small amount of endometriosis. I'm trying to improve my eggs. Doctor has me on the carnivore diet because I'm overweight. I think I'm taking good supplements. I showed my fertility doctor, but he doesn't seem interested in it. I also just got some labs done and I'm waiting to hear the outcome.
I have an AMH of 0.35, BMI of 51, 36 yo, low egg reserve, and we’ve been trying for baby #3 for 8 years. I know that my weight, lifestyle and diet need to change. But I’m struggling…
I guess no. You never know when your ovaries release a good quality of egg so that if you wait , you may miss the good quality of egg. She just gives recommendations but you don’t know what your body is capable of. You may have high % of good qualities of eggs.
Hi doctor.. I'm 35 and my mom had an early menopause at 37 and my maternal aunt had hers at 32.. My mom had pre eclampsia and lost two babies just before the delivery date.. And i have been diagnosed with ppcm almost 8 years ago. and my first kid a girl is all good perfect.. Thank God and the doctors that saved her and me.. But now I feel like I want to have another one.. But my amh is so low..0.13 and fsh is about 58.. Any suggestions on what to do to conceive..Been trying for the past 6 months or more..
Can you make a video about adenomyosis and fertility?I have low amh also ...I know deep inside that i will never get pregnant but i would like to see some information
@@FertilityHomeopathHej doctor, I know can t never been preagant I m 40 years old my doctor says you can t not have childeren blood is good no cancer found no fybriods would like to see some information.
Well, that is a different story. The longer time for the egg to mature isn't necessarily the problem. it's more that the fact that it takes longer to ovulate says something about your hormone levels, and those yes can have an impact on egg quality. Generally speaking I'm less worried about someone ovulating later though than someone ovulating too early. With ovulating later it is especially important to catch when your fertile window opens!
I had an abortion in 2017, post that i developed PCOS, with no family history, nor i had any of the textbook symptoms of it as my periods were impeccably regular also i used to spot around my ovulation so the PCOS went undetected until 2019, and by that time we were in a long distance marriage , then covid happened and we still couldn't be in 1 country. Now i am finally with my husband, i am 35, i take Inositol, Omega 3, Magnesium, zinc twice a day, i did have a surgery last year in December to remove the cycsts. My periods are 28 days apart, Its only been 3 cycles for us of TTC, i know its not that easy especially with our age and PCOS being two big factors. But i know i am meant to be a Mum, thank you for your informative video, you have given me fresh hope. ❤❤❤
@Honeyluvssteph : Hi, no it's not at all intrusive. Well I started to gain weight even though there was no change in my diet and exercise routine. In less than 6 months I had gained 10 pounds, I checked for thyroid and diabetes both came negative, then I did a pelvis Ultrasound which confirmed PCOS.
@aishwaryareddy5805 : Hello, what an incredible timing to ask this, I am due to give birth this week. 🤞🧿❤️😊🙏 38 weeks pregnant now, I conceived naturally after 5 months of trying. Inositol, healthy diet and 10k steps a day did wonders for me. 🙏😊🤞
I’m currently breastfeeding a 14 month old. Does breastfeeding impact egg quality. Should I stop breast feeding completely before getting pregnant? I had one cycle 6 months postpartum when I missed a few feeds. Since then I’ve had no more cycles.
Hi dear, if you have no cycles it means your body or mind isn't ready yet for pregnancy. Do you feel ready mentally emotionally ? Ideal would be to have a cycles for a couple of times regularly before another pregnancy 🙏🏽💐 you can try eating lots of nutritious grounding foods and practice some Yoga and breathing exercises to balance hormones.
What are ways to improve metabolic function? 41.5 age responded well to IVF meds (25 follicles, 15 eggs, 9 inseminated), but all failed to develop to blastocyst. Already supplementing with folate, coq10, D, myoinsotol, collagen, multivitamins. No genetic disorders, and have high glutathione.
@@icannotchoosewhyshouldi turns out I’m “lean PCOS”, so have to go on tons of supplements recommended by nutritionist to correct hormone levels. Wish they did all the blood work to diagnose it prior to IVF cycle since I have a giant bill to pay now, and need another round.

I had irregular periods and now in feb the cycle is on time it used to be more that 40 days now this time its 32 days cycle. Is that a good sign of improved egg quality or not??? Plz respond
Would these supplements replace a Pre-natal vitamin? Or if a pre-natal has all of these, does that work? Also, should the folate be in Folate form or methyl-folate?
