4:01 I don't think it's necessary to change your towel daily, because you're going to be clean when you get out of the shower. What I do is fold the towel and hang it on a rack, so the inside of the towel can't be exposed to outside bacteria from the air. Meaning I basically have a clean side and a dirty side of the towel. I agree with changing cloth on your upper body daily, and bed sheets weekly. A lot of people forget this. 5:30 I wouldn't recommend dry brushing, as you risk spreading the bacteria on your back even more, especially if you don't wash the brush every time you use it. Hot water will expand your blood vessels, increase blood flow and open your pores, without you having to do anything. An important point you didn't mention is to always moisturize after taking a shower, as your skin is going to be completely dry. If you don't, your skin will overproducing oils to make up for it, which leads to more clogged pores, or it will become too dry if you have dry skin type. If you have an oily skin type, make sure you use a moisturizer without any oils in it. Be careful you don't overdo exfoliating as it can lead to irritated and itchy skin, causing more breakouts.
